Scenic Riverview Getaway w/ Screened Porch!

Excellent vacation! You all think of anything and everything someone may need. We enjoyed sitting outside and in the enclosed porch during the morning hours to drink our coffee. The house stayed comfortable as the day got hotter. We had one problem with a slow sewer but it was all fixed the next day and we totally appreciate that. Some family came in to visit and there was plenty of space and fun for all. We will be back next year.

Wonderful stay at this house that was well stocked! Even a quart of fresh milk was available for the children on the first day! We loved going down to the White River just outside the back and watching the wildlife! Very clean and comfortable accommodations! Would definitely stay here again!

The house was great, perfect view and very clean. The description is a little off though, we chose the property due to the backyard and having water access but it was so overgrown you couldn’t get to the water except for one small area they mowed that wasn’t big enough to sit lawn chairs there. Disappointed by that. They did tell us after we were already there, maybe 2 days after check in, that someone was coming to mow.. but of course this would be after our week stay. Otherwise the house was cute and as pictured in the inside. Plenty of space for everyone. We had a group of 10. Communication with property owner 10/10. The AC had a hard time keeping cool but we chatted with them about that and they will have it serviced. It was a HOT week to be fair. Very happy, will recommend. 4 stars due to the pictures of the outside NOT being what we got. (We really wanted to sit by the water and relax.. reason we went with this house so just FYI to all that want that too)

Great view, very comfortable and very roomy. Host was fabulous.

Overall great property. Includes everything you could possibly need. Unfortunately for us all the rain this spring had prevented them from clearing the river bank. There was a small spot they cleared, but due to the high water level there was no bank/sandbar to fish from.

The property is just as described in the property details. Very nice, accommodating, kitchen well stocked, loved the screened porch and beautiful views.

Property was excellent for what we needed. SPACE and comfort. Kitchen was awesome! Very well equipped!There were quite a few funky looking red and black bugs swarming around the house. Maybe just time of year but some were making it inside.

Property was within easy walking distance to the river, with sand and rocks for the kids to play in. The camp chairs and canopy made sitting by the river relaxing for the adults while the beach toys entertained the kids. The Property manager was helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Great place for a good sized group. Lots of space, nice outdoor space

This was the best rental we've ever stayed at! If you have a large group, this home accommodates everyone in every way. A large squishy couch, plus two soft squishy glider rocking chairs, two family size tables for eating/games that seat at least eight at each. The kitchen is generously stocked with extra of everything! The bedrooms Have everything you need plus extras like a space heater and electric blanket in the closet. The bathroom closet was stocked with lots of towels. The driveway basically circles the house which provides more than ample parking. The living room has lots of Windows that look out to the river. A beautiful view of the mountains across the river with tall cliffs. All three bathrooms had showers, plus the master bathroom also had a large tub. We took a short half mile hike down the road to a small waterfall that can be seen from the road. We hiked up to it. That was a fun little plus to the area. We frequently saw bald eagles all in that area. A family of otters swam down the river for us to see as well. A beautiful Serene place to get away with all the comfort provided. The owners of the home were super sweet and helpful with everything we needed and responded quickly to our texts. We definitely want to Come back.

A very relaxing time for family plus room for other family members who were camping to visit and take shelter from the rain. Love the spaciousness, beautiful view and wildlife.

We try to take a trip together about once a year, my sisters, brother, and all spouses. We were unable to get together last year due to the fact that I had breast cancer, double mastectomy, chemo and my family refused to take a trip without me. When I found this home on Brno, it almost seemed to be too good to be true. Home was everything we needed and it was on the river, out far enough to spend quality time together, but close enough that we could get whatever we needed. Yes, we had a wonderful time and throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!

Well maintianed quiet neighborhood easy access to river for fishing or a swim.

Good place. Roomy. Owners easy to contact and quick to take care of stuff. Would definitely stay there again.

We annually bring our families together. Love the location, house is perfect for our group. The screened in porch is a favorite gathering spot. Cant wait for next year!
