Scenic Pet-Friendly Retreat: 7BR, Dock, Hot Tub, Between Chelan-Manson

Spacious, great view. Challenging to keep the hot tub hot in the cold January weather.

We held our Christmas gathering here for a group of 10. The wide open concept is wonderful. The house is big with lots of space for people to gather or separate. The living room set-up is wonky but the reason behind the decision for the layout makes sense because you get amazing views. It’s winter and we didn’t partake in any polar bear plunges so the dock being across the road didn’t matter. It is near a busy road but the noise didn’t bother most of us. The dining table is massive and awesome!Most of the TV’s had issues of slow to no responsiveness. We worked around that though (not a big deal as we had brought lots of games to play). The downstairs living room tv and fireplace were all unplugged and not working. We did manage to get them set up and working. The pool table got a lot of use but it’s not level so the balls tend to roll more to the left if you’re facing the sliding glass doors. The hot tub was awesome but needs cleaning. Cleanliness was overall decent. The home needs some tlc. The BBQ was really dirty but we cleaned it before and after. Not really a big deal. There were some dirty dishes found in some of the drawers and cabinets but nothing too drastic or bothersome. As a suggestion for minor improvements: a few standing fans would be awesome (but that’s just personal preference). The knives in the kitchen block are dull and need to be sharpened.Overall, we were all very happy with the stay and would stay again. Communication is on point!

Amazing stay, great for families and friends to come together with spacious rooms and plenty of bathrooms. The lake dock is amazing and it’s a great location between Chelan and Manson.

We had a great time at this property! Close to the water and spacious enough for everyone. The hot tub was a nice bonus too.

This was a nice place but there was maintenance that needed attention. The barbecue appeared clean but the bottom was full of grease and was overall not good and kept busting into flames. Several light fixtures needed attention. The oven was dirty and smoked when we turned it on. Overall the place was clean though.

Loved the house and the location. Plenty of space for the group. Large outdoor balcony that was enjoyable.

We had a great time staying at this property! We had plenty of space for our party of 13 people, 7 rooms with plenty of beds and couches if needed! Location was also great with amazing views of lake Chelan. Property management was very easy to work with as well! Only thing is even though the was a dock for the property, the water is way too shallow for boarding so you will most likely need to go to the local boat launch to load up as well.

The home was great for our large family group! Loved how many rooms had ensuites. Kitchen was decently outfitted and having the second fridge downstairs was a big win. Glad I had read reviews about the busy road. The traffic noise wasn’t horrible and getting across the street to the dock wasn’t too bad either even with little kids. The views though. Wow!!! Host was accommodating which we appreciated! Would stay again!

Great place, Great location, Great time

We had a wonderful stay. Beds were super comfy and the view of the lake was spectacular!

This was just the perfect house for our family of 12! The beds were very comfortable offering three different sizes. The large great room was our gathering place not only for eating, but also for playing many games on the huge table. But the best was the spectacular view! Thank you for making this house so comfortable and well equipped!

Beautiful place with LOTS of bedrooms, so everyone had their own space. The giant dining room table had room for 11 of us with room to spare. Our fall stay meant we didnt plan to use the lake, and the location along a busy road didnt give us good options for walking /exploring without getting in a car.

We had an amazing time and much needed family reunion at Sunnyview East! The home and deck make visiting with a large group easy and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the home had everything we needed. Maintenance quickly responded to an issue with the oven and went above and beyond to remedy the issue. The hosts were accommodating and friendly. Thank you for a trip to remember!

The home was very spacious and comfortably held our large, multifamily group. Views from the upstairs patio were incredible. The private access to the lake was perfect for our family. While access to the lake involved crossing a busy road, we loved being able to walk down every day to sit on the dock or float in the lake. The buoy worked well for mooring the boat each day/night. The property and house could use a little TLC but overall, the property was perfect for our family reunion!

The house was great, but there is a lot of traffic on the road between the house and dock.
