Scenic Lakefront Home with Hot Tub & Dock at a Great Price

The hosts were very friendly and inviting with their home. It was a very comfortable place for us to stay with our Sadie Dog. Thanks very much for everything and loving animals!

Lakeview was wonderful!Rooms were good size and layout was very functional. Parking very good.Property could use some updating and general maintenance.Hosts were lovely.

Linda and Norm were the sweetest hosts. Brought us flowers and wine and had great local recommendations. The hot tub was wonderfully hot and looks out on the lake. We had many lovely evening sunsets and watched the moon reflect off the lake. So peaceful. Would 100% recommend

Amazing location on the lake and close to rentals for kayaks, paddle boards etc., added to the superior hospitality by our host made this an excellent stay

This was our 2nd year staying at this property. The views of the lake from the cabin cannot be beat. We love the quiet location, and it’s just a short walk to Boulder Beach. The owners Linda and Norman are so thoughtful and the cabin has everything we need for a great vacation. We cannot wait to come again.

The Atmosphere, Peace and tranquil, the air clean & crisp the sound of the waves slapping against the rocks puts ones mind to rest. The hot tub a great addition to a 40 degree eve.. The hosts are most personable and and helpful, it was an absolute delight making their Acquaintance

We all enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the beautiful lake view. We will definitely be back.

The house was perfect for our adult group of four. It was comfortable and the view was oustanding. Hosts/owners Norman and Linda made us feel very welcome and were available to address any questions we had. Highly recommend!

First of all, should out to Norman and Linda for the wonderful hospitality. The house sits in a beautiful breathtaking part of Big Bear. It was everything we wanted and needed. Looking forward to staying here in the future.

House was a little worn out. Sliding glass doors and screens were just terrible, could not even lock one, which made the home unsecured. Views were outstanding. The hosts Norman and Linda were wonderful.

We absolutely loved the house and the view is so breathtaking. Can’t wait to stay here again this is our go to vacation home for sure. And Linda and Norman are so kind bringing us flowers and wine. Would recommend this place to everyone.

VERY GOOD.

We had a lovely family vacation to celebrate my mom’s 80th birthday and my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary this past July. The location is wonderful! The lake was in our own backyard. We brought our paddle board and enjoyed walking down the rock steps with easy access to the water every day. We also ate all our meal at the cabin. Not many restaurants have this view. The cabin was very clean but could use a handyman to fix a few things. The owners, Linda and Norman, are very nice and brought flowers, wine and a cards for my parents. Overall, we would recommend this cabin on the lake.

After a stressful week, my wife and I stayed at this beautiful Lakeside home. The views from the two decks overlooking the lake were absolutely incredible. We were relaxed and comfortable from the moment we walked in. Norman and Linda were wonderful when they stopped by to drop off some flowers and a bottle of wine. We can't wait to visit again!! Shawn

Wonderful time

Boulder Bay is one of the best places to swim and play in Big Bear, and this house is ON the actual boulder! It’s easy to walk out the back door and launch a kayak/paddle board/tube from there! The house is nice, clean and spacious, but if we return, it will be for the location! I dot think there is a better location on the lake!

My daughter and I hosted a brand photo shoot for our wedding planning and design business that also served as a girls trip. The property was perfect! From the white glove service welcome (the owners brought wine and flowers and did a walk through for us) to the unbelievably perfect views this house and stay was amazing. Enough space for 5 women to be social and find some quiet time alone. Love love love!

On the lake, view is wonderful.

The location of this property is perfect, tucked into the boulders. It is so quiet and peaceful. We caught many amazing sunsets from the balcony. Boulder Bay beach is a short walk away, which was great when traveling with kids. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The hosts, Linda and Norman, are so sweet. They met us shortly after our arrival with flowers and wine(and they even sent me a birthday card!) They are very responsive and gave some great suggestions for places to go in the area. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again
