Stayed Oct 11, 2025House was immaculate and quite cozy. Even though we were 20 miles from the park, we thoroughly enjoyed the ride to/from. It’s very scenic and nice to escape the crowds near the park. The only change I would suggest for the house is supplying pot holders and flashlights. We had a power outage during our stay and had to rely on our phones to see at night. Overall, it’s a great Zion vacation house.

The only drawbacks were not enough bowls with fitting lids(we left some that we purchased), no Ziploc or saran wrap type ( we left some bags), We also felt like the lighting in the bedrooms were not well lit. Stayed Sep 10, 2024Great clean comfortable house! We could spread out and it was close enough to Zion that we could go daily—but far enough out of the fray that we could get away from the crowds. When there was a freak power outage in the town, the owner was very responsive and looked into the situation. The town resolved the issue quickly and we stayed nice and cool in the house in the interim. Would def stay again.

Stayed Jul 28, 2024Great neighborhood, quiet town. Still with all that's needed close by. 20 minutes from Zion park entrance. 5 adults and one kid had plenty of room. Had a hiccup when we first arrived at house but owner was quick to respond. Would recommend.
