Stayed Dec 23, 2024Had property booked for several weeks. On checkin day we could not get ahold of owner for the access code. When we finally did make contact they refused to let us in stating that they did not want to book it out over the holidays. It created a major inconvenience for my family and young girls durning Christmas. Owner was not good.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great time at this river front home. My wife, sister in law, niece, German shepherd and myself stayed here during western art week. Awesome location and amazing view overlooking the river from everywhere in the house. It’s about a 15 min drive into Great Falls but a nice drive and easy to get to and from. House has everything you need and is very family oriented. I hope to be back next year.

Stayed Apr 30, 2023The place was well appointed and unique. It is right on the river with a large raised patio overlooking the river. The beds are comfy and the whole place was very clean and well kept. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. There are small TVs but no family or living rooms to speak of. The kitchen was the main focal point of the common area and had a large island for dining at.

Stayed Mar 15, 2023My wife, sister in law, niece, dog and myself stayed from 3/15-3/19. I was a participating artist at one of the Art shows going on at Great Falls for western art week and we were fortunate enough to find this fantastic home with awesome hosts. If you like serenity this is where to go. The home is well appointed with everything you need. Beautiful sun rises and sunsets from the walls or glass looking out in the Missouri River just 30 ft from the deck. I’d definitely return and hopefully will have this home for next years show.

Stayed Nov 23, 2022I was looking to rent out of town a bit, the location was perfect. Did not know we were staying in a boat house. This made the layout a bit awkward, but it was nice. Was not informed that there was change of ownership and construction going on within the property until 2 days before. Did not change our plans, but one of the bathrooms was challenging to use. I would stay here again, but not for the price we paid. Plus, I left an item behind (garmin watch), making multiple attempts to contact homeowners, no return contact. I think I just gave them a very expensive watch.

Stayed Nov 2, 2022The home was clean with beautiful views of the Missouri River right out the back door. The rural setting lets you enjoy the deer, pheasant, turkeys and waterfowl in peace and quiet. The back desk is not only good for the wildlife viewing, but is also a great place to listen to the river flow by. The hosts are also amazing people. They noticed we had not arrived a few hours after check in and checked to make sure we were okay. We had hit some weather, and they stayed up and made sure we arrived safely. If you want a nice place to stay that is run by amazing people, this is the spot to stay in Great Falls!

Stayed Aug 5, 2022Great property, literally steps away from the River. Beautiful views! The home slept the 4 of us comfortably! We cooked all our meals for the weekend at the house, and had everything we could have needed. Quirky character, but awesome stories about how the place came to be. Hopefully you get lucky and have Larry take you on his tour of his property. Pretty neat place!
