This tidy 3 bedroom Lockwood style home has everything you need for your next family holiday in Taupo. Private alfresco dining on the balcony with afternoon sun provides an inviting spot to enjoy an evening BBQ.

A spacious lounge centers around the wood burner fireplace, keeping you warm and cozy through the winter months. The three bedrooms are located at the end of the hall, with modern decor and comfortable beds sleeping up to 7 people.

The home has Three bedrooms offering various bedding configurations and one bathroom.

Wi-Fi and linen are included in your stay, as well as a single garage for storage. Off street parking is available for two vehicles. A short stroll or bike ride takes you to the nearby convenience store or take the kids across the road to the large field and playground area. This home is located approximately 2 kilometers from Spa Park where you can check out the local hot pools or approximately 2 kilometers to the Taupo town Centre, with plenty of cafes, shopping and dining.

An additional guest surcharge applies for more than 4 people.
When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.

We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.

You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.

The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It`s your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.

All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.

All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.

    Was lovely and had almost everything we needed. The shower / bathroom was abit dirty and the kitchen lacked some cooking utensils and trays but altogether helpful. Lovely having a fire when it was cold. Abit of a condensation problem on the windows.

    Very happy with the accommodation, comfortable, clean and a convenient location. Great security with lockable garage and gated property. 2 suggested improvements, a smart tv would be good and one very small bag of rubbish removal only included in cleaning fee.

    Overall great little bach and close to town The only let down is the house is very cold even with the fire going doesnt heat up the whole house and the car parking is tiny we couldnt even fit our nissan ute in the driveway so hang out onto the foot path. Apart from these 2 things everything else was awesome has everything you need.

    This holiday house is a little older, but the beds were all really warm and comfortable. To get into the property we had to jump the fence as we couldn't undo the gate lock, which we think was just a bit stiff from the cold. The heating was a fireplace, which is fine if you know how to start a fire, but there was no paper so we bought some fire-starters and a paper to get the fire starter, no heat pump. The kitchen was a little tired and could do with a revamp. A pair of metal tongs would be good. There is no dishwasher. The house is located a few km's from the main drag, but only takes a minute or two in the car. There is a couple of board games at the house, but a few more would have been great. Without sounding too picky, a clock on the wall and a bigger TV would be good. Overall we had a good time.
