Stayed Jan 13, 2024This was the perfect place for two families to rent to hang out with enough space for everyone. The kids had an awesome time playing in the snow. I did not enjoy using vacasa for communication. It was impossible to get any help when a big storm was reported a few days before our stay.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025We would rate it a 3.5. The location was about a mile from the star of the Jack and Jill Marathon, which was why we were in the area. The house could use some updating, especially the plumbing. The kitchen and bathrooms were a bit dated. Other issues we had were completely out of anyone’s control, the entire area had a massive power outage (which is apparently unusual during summer months), so we were without power for 8 hours.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Liked the location and proximity to hikes/grocery and stores. House is old and not very clean in some areas, but functional. Toilets and some appliances needs updates. Liked the sauna.

Stayed Jan 18, 2025This was our second time staying in this cabin. It is cozy and well located. We aren’t snow sport people but the kids like going to have solid time to play in the snow and this cabin is perfect to warm up when done.

Stayed Feb 2, 2024This is an efficient, cozy ski cabin. The major downside was the chill. No firewood was supplied and although the guidebook said to “feel free to crank the heat” downstairs thermostat appeared to be programmed in such a way that you could not set it higher than 70. We routinely set our home thermostat at 68 and it felt cooler than that. We messaged Vacasa about it and they told us no wood was supplied and did not offer a solution about the thermostat so we all layered up the first night until we were able to purchase wood at the Chevron.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969It was a nice getaway place with a family. The kitchen is equipped for cooking and serving a big family. However, there’s no microwave. Only one bathroom has a shower head for a proper shower.

Stayed Aug 18, 2022This is a very old house that has had a few very surface updates, but just feels kindof icky. It makes me think that the owners keep it rentable, but would never stay there themselves. They haven’t put the investment in it like the surrounding properties to make it a truly nice stay. The kitchen and bathrooms are tiny and not very functional. No updates since the 1970’s, with stickers covering the vinyl floors in the bathrooms, only one shower, bare door jams and window edges where the trim boards went missing long ago, and no microwave or dishwasher in the kitchen. This is not the fault of the housekeeping staff, but the owner. We were there in the summer, so the flaws really showed as a place you just didn’t really want to hang out in. They’d thrown up new, inexpensive bare lightbulb fixtures in the living and dining areas to look modern, but they hardly put off any light and made it really unusable as a reading or work space. The only chair in the living area was broken and the couch uncomfortable. It was a beautiful area, but a disappointing stay. I guess that’s why it was one of the only places still available last minute.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This house is gorgeous! All of the bedrooms are cute, but most importantly the main room is stunning + the porches are great! It's a short drive to Snoqualmie Summit and Alpental, and there's a cute cafe nearby that we stopped at every day! The vacasa staff and property managers were fantastic to work with, so accommodating!
