We are big fans of VRBO. This facility and location are hands down our favorite to date. The hot tub was spotless and virtually no chlorine smell. The barbeque immaculate. No detail was overlooked from the linens to the kitchen. The construction details and the layout were obviously well thought out and an inspiration to a couple farm league carpenters. Great friends, great food and wine and a breathtaking panorama of the heavens and Sequim Bay by night from the hot tub. We will certainly return.
The cabin is very well cared for and equipped. We were there on a gorgeous sunny day (perfect for Hurricane Ridge hike) and a very stormy day. The view was spectacular both days.
As soon as we arrived, my husband said Let's not ever leave! This cottage is perfect in every way! It's in a quiet, secluded location with the most amazing view of the bay. The fire pit, hot tub and hammock on the deck were where we spent most of our time. Inside the cottage is nicely decorated, kitchen fully equipped and comfortable king bed. We were within a half hour from Port Townsend, Sequim and Olympic Peninsula for shopping, sightseeing and hiking. We are already making plans to return for a month next year and really explore the area. We can't wait to return to this wonderful, cozy little cottage on the bay!
This was a fabulous house for our family of 4 to spend 3 nights in. Amazing view of Sequim Bay enjoyed from the hot tub, while making meals in the kitchen, or sitting by the gas firepit on the deck. Sunsets are spectacular! Everything was tidy and spotless. The hammock and bunk beds were a big hit with our daughters as was the beach trail down to the quiet beach. Thank you for sharing your awesome house with us!
This Hideaway couldn't have been a more perfect place for us to stay! It was clean comfortable and felt like you were at home every time you return back to it. The view of course was amazing, The hot tub was awesome after a long day of excursions and they had everything you could need and want. It was a recommendation from a friend and I will continue to pass on the word. Everything about it was super fantastic and we will be back again!
Our family of five absolutely loves this place. Every time we leave the kids ask when will we come back. We spend most of our time on the wonderful deck which has fantastic views of Sequim Bay and Hurricane Ridge. Taking in the sunset while relaxing in the jacuzzi is a must. This is the perfect jumping off point if you are looking to explore the peninsula. We have taken day trips to Hurricane Ridge, Crescent Lake, and Neah Bay. We have also taken the ferry from Port Angeles to Victoria, B.C. for the day which was great. Sequim Bay Hideay has become a yearly destination for us and we would highly recommend it to anyone. - Matthew Harris
The view from this property is amazing! The outdoor grill, hot tub, heat lamp, and fire pit all worked great. We enjoyed hanging out on the beautiful deck and relaxing after a home-cooked meal. The kitchen was nicely equipped. Beds were comfortable and place was clean and well decorated.
We've stayed in a number of vrbo properties. This by far the best in terms of your home and its location. Thanks for sharing. Gary
The owners have thought of everything you could need to make your stay enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing. We will be back.
We spent the last week at this cabin and it exceeded our expectations. The owners were very friendly and helpful when we needed them and you can tell they put a lot of love and care into the place. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and the Weber grill. The view off the front deck is spectacular. We spent most of our days exploring the area but the last day we spent the entire day at the cabin. It was so relaxing and peaceful that we wish our stay had been extended a few days. A few things to note: the trail to the beach is well marked and kept. If you have little ones or unsteady on your feet it is a bit of hike (especially back up the hill). Our four year old did just fine but if you have kids 3 and under it would be a trek. You do want to bring shampoo/conditioner and body wash if you are picky. The beds were all great and we slept fantastic.
