Very accommodating, rooms especially bunk beds for family

Our stay was wonderful! We were a large group with kids, and everyone had a great time, especially the kids who enjoyed the hot tub. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, including plenty of kitchen utensils. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we also enjoyed grilling outdoors. The place met all our expectations, highly recommended!

The lodge is within a 5-min walk to the top of the Breckenridge ski resort. We enjoyed multiple hikes, rides on the gondola, rented mountain bikes and flew down the biking trails, were close to town to purchase necessities and enjoy the local downtown attractions. The property is spacious. Everyone was able to spread out nicely. Also one of the best beds I've slept on outside of my house. Thank you for the extra pillows. The house is pretty close to other houses on the block and the outdoor seating area / hot tub faces the road, so there isn't a lot of privacy. That said, we loved our time there and would be grateful to come back one day!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The bedrooms are spacious and we had tons of room for kids to play. Beautiful scenery and perfect location very close to town.

We rented the home for a family reunion for 4 days in the early summer. The home is perfect for a large group, with two large living rooms, a pool table, a hot tub, and a gaming area. We were able to walk back and forth to town (it’s a couple miles, but a beautiful hike) and also enjoyed the immediate surroundings. The home has two refrigerators, two coffee makers, two kitchen trash cans, and two ovens, which are super handy with a large group. We had all the amenities like towels for the hot tub, a hair dryer, and nearly every kitchen gadget you can think of. Highly recommend this property for your next family reunion!

Great trip, house was a great location and comfortable. If I had to not pick anything I could say the kitchen supplies such as pots, pans, and cabinets could use and upgrade but besides that was perfect for us.

It’s a great place ….We use VRBO all the time and we have never stayed at a place that was stocked with supplies!!They were also very responsive to any requests we had !!Best ever rental company!!!Great skiing if you have never been there before! The slopes are very easy for beginners!!Very easy to pick up and drop off skiers

Great house and location. Inside plumbing froze on the lower level but property mgt was quick to address.

We had a fantastic stay at Sawmill Run. The house was well suited for our large group, and was very well equipped. It was a short walk (10 minutes) to the lifts - and convenient to town!

The home was very clean and spacious. Location was great and could walk to peak 8 easily. The management was great with communications and being available. Love the house and the neighborhood.

Well-appointed and well supplied. Easy access. Best VRBO we have stayed at. Decent walking access to the slopes. The 3-car garage was a fantastic convenience. The hot tub was excellent and fully functional. The rental agency was very responsive.
