Stayed Sep 20, 2025We had a wonderful week at this property. The house was ready much earlier than originally anticipated and although we had a tough time getting the front door open initially due to a an issue with the door itself, someone was able to talk us through the issue over the phone relatively quickly! If we had stayed in season, the pool area would have been wonderful as is the workout area. We walked our dogs through the beautiful neighborhood every day and everyone was very warm and welcoming. The house itself is gorgeous and had everything we needed for a great week here. The bedding and towels are provided which is a nice bonus and there were plenty of supplies given to at least get you started…paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. I highly recommend this home for your next vacation. Thank you for a great week!

Stayed Nov 19, 2023We absolutely loved our stay at this property - we found it clean, spacious, close to the beach and restaurants yet quiet and peaceful. The owner was extremely helpful when we reached out (we needed help figuring out the gate fob) and the house was comfortably furnished and supplied. We very much appreciated the kitchen pots/pans/trays etc - we stayed over thanksgiving and it made cooking so much easier (we’ve stayed in past rentals that didn’t even have pots). Overall this is one of the best rentals we have stayed in and would 10/10 recommend!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Beautifully decorated home, great location with travel to Lewes or Rehoboth beaches. Pool area is immaculate, quiet and peaceful to enjoy. Pool manager Robert was lovely! Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Will definitely book again.
