Parking in the grass is not allowed. Street parking is not permitted overnight, please use the driveway.
This is a smoke-free home, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the premises. A $200 fine will be charged if any smoke odor is detected after check-out.
Parties or large gatherings are not allowed.
Please do not disconnect the router or internet connection. If disconnection is detected, we will make a trip to reconnect it at a $75 trip fee.
