Savannah Lakes Townhome

Loved the property in a nice quiet neighborhood the sunroom was my favorite. Only minutes from my family event at the state park. Will definitely book again!

Great location and very comfortable. The property owner went the second mile to insure I had a great visit. I would stay here again without a doubt.

This townhouse was very nice. Clean quiet and comfortable. The owner has everything you need. Location is perfect when visiting people in Savanah Lakes. I would return. You cannot go wrong with renting this townhouse.

I did not see the lake view from the home. I found shops nearby. The setting was quiet, safe, and very accessible to/from nature settings/state parks, water, etc.

The place was clean and spacious enough. The description that included info about a hot tub & pool was a bit misleading with no direction as to how to access the facilities. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Unit had a smell , funiture & bedding , like grandmothers do , she Doesnt wash too often , i sprayed down every day with lysol Did NOT help . Needs Deep cleaning On list to do before check out DO NOT remove sheets from beds you use AC was ok , BUT if they have not had , box fans and floor fan Might not been too comfortable It was ok , but not sure id book it again

Comfortable, spacious, and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was just the two of us and we greatly appreciated the room to spread out. A cute little back porch with a view was very nice for morning coffee. We also think the price was very reasonable.

What a cute little townhouse! Although we didn’t get to spend a ton of time there, the view and calmness of having coffee on the screened in porch watching the water flow and the squirrels chase each other up trees was exactly what I needed. The house was spotless and offered everything that we needed.

Great stay! Clean, comfortable and great location. Visiting family in Lincolnton and was easy drive.

Great location

Everything was great minus the gnats that miraculously get into the residence and die, lol. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, coffee pot worked great. AC kept place cool, back porch was great. Very quiet neighborhood, felt safe during our stay.

An ideal little neighborhood tucked up against the lake. Back porch was perfect for morning coffee and a late night cocktail.

Pleasant stay and peaceful

This condo was perfect for our stay. Close to our friends and the activities in the area. It is clean, comfortable and has plenty of room. I intend to stay here next year when we return to the area.

Pleasant place to unwind after a day on the lake or after a round of golf. Communication was efficient and very friendly.

We stayed for three nights. The condo is a great place and in a good location for exploring the area.

While staying here, we worked remotely and found the internet speeds to be reliable. We prepared most of our meals using the available appliances, including an oven, toaster oven, and microwave. Every day, I enjoyed a walk down to the dock for some fresh air and always felt safe doing so, even when walking alone. The combo lock was a convenient feature, eliminating the need to keep track of a key.

This was our second stay at this townhouse. We had everything we needed to enjoy time with family.

This was the perfect location for our family. We had everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner for a group of 10! The neighborhood is very quiet. It’s close to a convenience store and only 6-7 miles from McCormick if you need a grocery store. We’re looking forward to returning!

Very clean and quiet. Well stocked kitchen for our needs. Awesomely comfortable once settled in.

Our plan for the weekend was to visit the five state parks from Hamilton Branch to Sadler Creek. Due to Hurricane Helene, the three near Mccormick were closed. The townhouse was very nice. We plan to return next year when the parks reopen.

Our stay here was just right! Loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, even though it was just two of us. Very clean rental throughout. Kitchen was well equipped, living room was comfortable as were the beds. Loved the sunroom! All around a great space!
