The fully-equipped kitchen has brand-new stainless appliances and a large island with a breakfast bar and 4 bar stools, perfect for gathering and entertaining! Head up the modern floating staircase to the second floor, where all three bedrooms are located. Relax in the Primary Bedroom Bedroom 1 with a king-sized bed and a large Smart TV and has an ensuite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 also feature king-sized beds, a Smart TV, and share a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. The washer and dryer can be accessed just off of the hallway.

    Enjoyed our trip to Savannah. The property was as advertised. Very nice decor and excellent quiet location. Reported a few minor maintenance items and the property manager who offered to have someone come to repair, but I declined since they were minor. Very nice accommodations, would stay here again.

    I found this property for a family visit to see my son in a SCAD play. I had 3 grandparents and a 20-something along. The property was super clean and large enough for us to enjoy each other’s company and navigate the property’s amenities. As a frequent traveler, I have to say my favorite thing about this property is the beds!!! These were the most comfortable beds any of us have ever slept on! My family was super complimentary of the property and thoroughly enjoyed having a place to plan for the the day’s activities and recount our experiences. It’s a short walk to Forsyth Park, but a longer walk to downtown. We did have to Uber most places due to aging adults, but otherwise it was perfect for anyone good with getting 10,000 steps in a day! I would stay here again.

    We signed a contract for a month rental. We did this about one year in advance. Six months later I got a phone call from Tybee Vacation Rentals, the management company. They told me that the owners couldn’t rent the house for our agreed on price. I asked how much more they wanted and they weren’t sure but thought it would be 4 or 5 thousand more. We declined. We have rented properties all over the country for the past five years and have never been treated so poorly. This is NOT a VRBO issue, but it is not a good reflection on Tybee Vacation Rentals!

    This was the perfect home base for a much needed week of warm weather in February. Beautiful modern townhome (with offstreet parking) located 2 blocks from Forsyth Park! Accommodations were exactly as pictured on VRBO. Check-in via access code and communication with Tybee Vacation rentals couldn't have gone smoother. Our family would definitely stay here again.

    We really enjoyed this rental! Four of us shared it and it was beyond comfortable and quiet. The only thing that could have been even a slight glitch was the door code, but that was just a matter of being patient and turning the knob the right way. :) Seriously a beautiful place, super comfortable beds, very nice bathrooms. The coffeepots, wine glasses supplied, and some other essentials, a little bit of laundry soap, dishwasher pods and dish soap, paper towels, and plenty of toilet paper, made sure we didn't have to run out for anything like that. The location is a beautiful neighborhood. It's close, within several blocks, of restaurants, shops, beautiful Forsyth Park, and a trolley stop for a nice tour and hop on/hop off for where you want to go. Be aware the trolley doesn't run at night. Highly recommend and would go back! Beautiful first time to Savannah. Thank you!

    We would like to request money back due to raw sewage leak at front door for our entire stay. Report leak and no one came to repair line. We were unable to check-in at 4pm and were told someone was doing a safety check at property. We were at the front door at 4 pm and no one was on property. My advice would be to book another location for your health.

    This place exceeded our expectations! Great location to walk to Forsyth park and around Savannah historic district. Perfect space for 6 adult couples with 3 comfortable king size beds. Very quiet neighborhood and easy communication with our host. We would absolutely stay here again!

    Property was amazing, spacious, in walking distance to restaurants, historic districts and visitors center, yet on a quiet street. Beds were comfortable, abundance of towels and amenities. Parking space was secure and there was ample space on streets to park as well. Would recommend this condo.
