THE SAUNA AND COLD PLUNGE
The sauna is a real one: 180°F-plus with hot rocks you ladle water over for steam. Next to it, a chilled cold plunge that holds the water in the 30s. Contrast therapy after a day at the track or a night at SPAC is the whole point of this house.

THE HOUSE
Sleeping: king in Bedroom 1, queens in Bedrooms 2 and 3, plus a first-floor sleeper sofa, couch, and two air mattresses for a full group of 8. Two full bathrooms, one on the first floor.

The speak-easy family room has a piano, a record player with vinyl, and karaoke microphones. Full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, central A/C, and a cedar front porch with a view that changes by the hour. Dogs welcome; there is a fenced area for them.

Ramped, wide entry door, step-free first floor with a full bath and sleeper sofa, lit path to the door, and a disabled parking spot. One of very few whole-house rentals in Saratoga built to work for wheelchairs.

GOOD TO KNOW
No tobacco smoking inside. Self check-in with a keypad. I live nearby and respond within the hour. Sauna and cold plunge are used at your own risk; hydrate, keep sessions short, and never use them alone or after drinking.
