Saugatuck perfection! Spacious & far from crowds, yet close to town.

We loved staying here for a long weekend. It’s the perfect home for a cozy weekend away and is well stocked for cooking!

Fantastic long weekend at Wildwood! Great communication with host. The house and property are even better in person and conveniently located near so many fun activities. We will be back.

Plenty of items kitchen very well stocked loads of utensils and dinnerware. So many extra towels and beach towels. Hot was great very large our whole party could get in together. Host responded quickly when we had a question. Would stay here here again for sure

wonderful place, had everything we needed and close to all the things we love to do in the area. Easy access, great directions and everything was just as described!

Plenty of room for ten of us for family vacation. The game room room was a hit with the younger set. The locaton is great, very near everything Saugatuck and Holland has to offer. Joshua was very responsive. It has forrest on all sides, very wonderful.

We had a wonderful week! Such a beautiful home with plenty of space for our multi-generational family. The kitchen exceeded expectations and there were plenty of blankets and towels. Joshua was a great host and responded right away to question we had. I will definitely recommend this rental to others - missing it already!!

This a nice house with a good layout, especially for 2 or more families looking to share. It is located in the woods, 3-4 miles from Douglas/Saugatuck. 1st floor has open floor plan with spacious kitchen, dining area and sitting room (no TV). Master bedroom on 1st floor has nice closet space and OK bathroom. Little lacking in counter space. 2nd bedroom on 1st floor has queen bed and bathroom in hall. Basement has nice, large tv room, and two bedrooms with another bathroom. Finishes are adequate but could use a refresh, as property manager acknowledge. Property manager is responsive.

The house is tucked back in the woods in a very peaceful location just far enough away from the busy towns but close enough to drive into town quickly. There was a lot of apace for everyone to have privacy and come together for family dinners. We really loved all the art work throughout the house, beautiful plants and flowers, and large kitchen. Loved being here the entire time and we would definitely stay again!

Nice house in a great location. Close to Saugatuk/Douglas with amenities and beaches. Salt of the Earth was a great restaurant find in Fennville.

Wonderful space - perfect distance from town to enjoy some peace and tranquility but also close enough to access all that west Michigan has to offer in the Saugatuck/Douglas/Holland area. Indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit and hot tub were a huge hit and the whole experience was classy and fun.

We love this house and have rented it 4 years in a row for a winter getaway weekend. We love coming back!

The cozy yet spacious layout, amenities, and location keep bringing us back for our winter friends’ weekend. And Joshua is a great host. When we contacted him about a mechanical issue he responded promptly with a solution and stayed in touch to make sure it was resolved.

Perfect location in the woods close to activities and town but extremely quiet and relaxing. Really enjoyed the firepit, hot-tub, and cozy first floor tv room with the rainy weather a couple nights.

Great place for family get together. We each had our own spaces, but ample room for the whole family to gather and laugh together!

We spent the week of Labor Day with our adults kids and their spouse/fiancees. The house is perfectly located between beaches, vineyards, apple orchards, and town (Saugatuck/Douglas), as well as on and near quiet roads for great bike rides in the Fenn Valley and Kalamazoo River areas. The house itself is super comfortable, with plenty of room for several couples to spread out. The large deck, hot tub and fire pit area are added bonuses. This is just a great spot, and we'll be back again soon I am sure!

The house was perfect for our family of 8 with plenty of room for people to have their own space when needed. Many of us enjoyed the hot tub.

What a lovely and amazing week our family and yellow lab from St Louis, Mo had at the beautiful Wildwood home in the woods! We enjoyed all the amenities (s’mores by the fire, hot tub, game nights, coffee on the deck, and bbqs in the evenings)! The weather was perfect. It was fun to visit some of the nearby sights in Saugatuck - Douglas and Holland and plenty of beaches for the family and dog. Loved the blueberries! We made countless family memories! Obviously we love it or we would keep coming back! Amazing area. The house is awesome and so comfortable and clean. The owner is easy to work with and very responsive! My family looks forward to this trip every year!

Everything was just great. We loved the layout with a large living area including bedrooms and bathrooms on two different floors. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well- stocked with cookware and the grill worked really well. We made good use of the hot tub and the fire pit too. Joshua responded quickly to any concerns and questions we had. That’s important! The week went too fast!

The property was amazing, the house is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Everyone in our group was comfortable. The house is fully stocked with EVERYTHING you need for vacation. Someone thought of every single detail and I appreciate that. The gourmet coffee maker has changed my life! Everyone in our group had space to relax. It was such a comfortable space.The Wildwoods website was very helpful during our trip, since it was our first time in the area we needed all the tips Joshua offered. We are already planning for next year. So much fun and beautiful memories. I forgot to sign the book Joshua but we will be back for sure.

My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette party and it was absolutely beautiful. Everything was so clean and easy. It was the perfect place!
