Stayed Aug 29, 2025We had a great stay, the location is perfect, short walk to Moddy beach ( private beach with small public section ), and very short drive to Footbridge beach, we even walked to Footbridge beach from the house ( about 20-25 minutes ). The house is bigger than il looks, with a large living area. Comfortable beds, well furnished.

Stayed Jul 30, 2025I rented this property for my son, my daughter in law and my two granddaughters. The outside of the property doesn’t look like much but the inside is adorable. The house is much more spacious inside than it looks like it would be. The inside was clean and the rooms are all decorated with a modern boho feel, very nice decor, the furnishings are very nice also, the bedrooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked but the coffee maker could use an upgrade. They were unable to sit outside because of the mosquitoes, even unloading their car they were attacked by mosquitoes, it’s is very close to the marsh so that could be why there were such a large amount of mosquitoes.

The house is clean & bigger than expected, the neighbors are friendly & the walk to the beach is both easy & lovely. Kate is a great host and has taken time to ensure beach supplies are available & the stay is as easy as possible.
