Located just 400 feet from the beach with a beautiful outdoor second-floor seating area , Sasi Seaside Retreat is a relaxed, pet-friendly getaway designed for families and small groups seeking space, simplicity, and comfort. With three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and room for up to six guests, this two-story home withan outdoor seating patio upstairs offers a clean, open layout and a fully fenced backyard perfect for pets or play.

Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed and en-suite bath, while two guest bedrooms — one with a queen, the other with a queen and twin trundle — provide restful space for everyone. Downstairs, the living area is cozy and casual with a recliner, board games, streaming-ready TV with Google Chromecast, and a queen sleeper sofa for extra flexibility. The open kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in the family, complete with modern appliances, a Keurig, spices, and a sunny dining area for six. After a day at the beach, come home to unwind in the backyard or gather inside by the electric fireplace for a game night or quiet evening in.

As with all Seaside Vacation Homes properties, this is a no-smoking home

Per City Ordinance, occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time, that does include visitors stopping by. Children and infants count toward occupancy. All vehicles staying at or visiting a vacation rental in the city must park on the designated spaces on the property and not on the street.
