Sarasota Home w/ Private Pool ~ 10 Mi to Beach!

We had a great stay and the owners were very responsive to our questions! The home was exactly as listed and everything we needed was provided for us. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Gorgeous home and very responsive owner and management company. House was very clean. Gorgeous kitchen. My kids had the best time in the pool (we paid extra to heat - it doesn’t get “hot” but warm which is what we wanted). The outside sitting area is perfection. Two out of three of the bedrooms had their own tv. The bathrooms each had shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Plenty of spare towels in the hallway closet. Beach supplies are in the garage which was extremely helpful (plenty of beach chairs and two umbrellas). There is also a small backpack cooler which we used as well. HOME TIP: if you have children I’d recommend hopping over to the dollar general just down the street and buying disposable plastic cups and plates. This is most helpful when eating out by the pool - otherwise most of the provided items in the kitchen are glass or breakable. SURROUNDING AREA: home is located in a cul de sac which is great if the kids just wanna go outside and play. We easily got to Siesta Key and Anna Marie island which we spent most of our days. We “saved” on eating out by having 2 out of 3 meals back at the house and having one fun meal out in one of the beach towns. Depending on traffic you are about 20-30 mins from Siesta Key and 45 mins from Anna Marie island. Definitely do both! If our trip was longer we would have checked out the local art museums. My family had the best time being out and about and coming “home” here.

Our stay was mostly fine but had some issues: Swimming in the pool was great but was dirty when we arrived. Luckly there was an automatic pool cleaner in the garage and used it daily to keep the pool fresh. Propane tank for the grill was empty and had to use the spare in the garage. Bedding was clean but sheets had a fragrance that I could not tolerate and slept on couch one night until I stripped and washed the sheets with an unscented detergent. Garbage deposal did not work but was fixed the next day after notifying the agent. Noise was at a minimum and I was able to do my daily walk through the neighborhood.

The home is well stocked with kitchen equipment and linens. We had a delightful time exploring Sarasota and bradenton

Homeowners were so sweet and so helpful. The home was beautiful and had everything you could ever need. It was so clean and relaxing. The neighborhood is such a great neighborhood 10 out of 10 homeowners. They were so generous and sweet. We had a fantastic time if you’re looking to vacation in Sarasota book here first. No problems at all. It was a great location and a beautiful home. Check out was extremely easy compared to a lot of our stays we have had. Highly recommend.

Property was as abverstised. This was our 1st Vrbo, so that was nice. Everything we needed. Beach accommodations, qtips, pool toys. Stayed with adult kids and their friend. House was spacious. Quiet neighborhood. Awesome. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!!!!

The house was nice with plenty of room. The host was very responsive. Had beach chairs and an umbrella there for us to use, which was very nice.

When we got there, the house was clean and cute but hot. It was 87 degrees inside because the AC was off. It took hours to cool off and was uncomfortable until then. The sliding door fell off track with my 11 year old walking through and thank goodness my mom was on the other side to catch it. Minus those two things, we enjoyed our stay.
