Sapphire Home w/ Grill & Pool Access

Family oriented trip for a wedding. The townhome was very clean.

Drawer under oven needed cleaning.We had to buy shampoo,bath soap,dishwashing liquid.Otherwise all was great….I think it would be a good idea for housekeepers to periodically run all dishes and serving items through the dishwasher.Bathrooms were pristine.Bed linensAnd towels in A 1 condition..Decor tasteful.

This property was perfect for our family of four (newborn and toddler). The back porch is honestly great and the corner location felt private even if we were attached to other townhomes and in a neighborhood. We loved just hanging on the back porch after throwing a pizza in oven. The kitchen had all the essentials. The little stream down the road was so cute and we went searching for mica rocks with our boys. Minor improvements would be a better bathroom amenities (hotel shampoo would be sufficient). The community amenities is a 5 min drive down the road and has a small cost for adults. We needed an amenity code so don't forget that before heading that way. Amenities had a solid pool (we did not use), arcade, fitness center, gem mine, and a playground. Kroger down the road was easy for quick groceries and Cashiers was 10 mins away although that doesn't have too many kid oriented things to do, but a cute town nonetheless. We would stay here again!

The property met our needs for a few days od hiking and seeing waterfalls.

Upon arriving, I had to remove a large clump of someone's gray hair from on top of shower drain in master bedroom. Also, had to unclog master bath sink drain due to clump of black hair causing sink to not drain. Other than that, we had an enjoyable month stay. Found it strange that there was no broom for inside of house.

Quaint, clean, wonderful location! We loved the corner unit, it felt very private and was a quiet neighborhood, perfect getaway! Hope to rent again next year!

The Woods Preserve. It was a beautiful place, really well maintained, very clean, a very relaxing setting in the woods, wish we had more time! We will be back! Great response from staff too. Thank you!

We were there for seven weeks and loved every minute. The townhouse was very well located, very clean and the manager responded quickly whenever I had a question. The view from the deck was one of beautiful trees. Our neighbors were quiet and the neighborhood lake was a good destination for walks. Very comfortable. We WILL come back!

Loved this cute and cozy townhome in Sapphire! We stayed here for 5 days in June and it was the perfect location. It was less than 10 minutes from several dining options and a supermarket and less than an hour to all of our hikes and adventures. The home itself was clean with simple but nice decor. The balcony was a great size and has views to the woods and a small peak of the lake. We had access to the Sapphire resort amenities but never really had time to use them. Felicia was great at responding promptly to all my messages and helping solve any small issues I had. Would definitely stay here again!!
