Stayed Oct 4, 2025The property and location are beautiful. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Only complaint was that we contacted Vacasa twice for problems. The first was a gas fireplace that wouldn’t light and, for that, the property manager contacted us and corrected the problem almost immediately. However, later that day (first day of our stay) we found that the ice machine in the refrigerator wasn’t working. We again called Vacasa but the property manager never contacted us to correct the problem. We called Vacasa again the next day and again never heard from the property manager. I’m not sure he ever got the message. The ice machine malfunction was never addressed our entire stay.
