Santa Barbara Vacation Rental w/ Pool & Hot Tub!

Lovely home and very responsive and accommodating hosts. Extremely well stocked kitchen and lots of comfortable and beautiful hangout spaces both indoors and outdoors. The garden is so fragrant this time of year. Four instead of five stars because the hallway bathroom door doesn’t close well unless you yank hard on it which makes a very loud noise right next to the master bedroom. The shower handle also falls off when you turn the water on which again makes a very loud noise. For light sleepers this is an unfortunate deal breaker. But these should be easy to fix items I’d have given five stars otherwise!

The hot tub had too many chemicals in it so we didn’t use it, but everything else was fantastic! A few more floor fans or screens on the windows would help since there’s no air conditioning, but we managed. Great place and we would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! Our extended family gathered here for a wedding in town, and the home had plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. It was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to settle right in. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the location was perfect for getting around. The house is full of charming little touches that make it feel truly special—you can tell it’s a place that’s been well-loved and cared for. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to celebrate and spend time together.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed for a chill family weekend. Pool and outdoor space was awesome even in cooler weather. Was dog friendly on top of that. Location was great for us, quiet neighborhood, great road/trail walking options. And just 10 mins to downtown.

I went to college in SB and came back a decade later for a bachelor party. And this house made me fall in love with SB all over again! The backyard was quaint and beautiful and had everything you needed for a getaway with the guys! Also, if you have a pet, the house is super pet-friendly, with a spacious fenced-in front and backyard. My little man loved it. The host was super friendly. I will definitely be back, and so will my friends! I have no complaints. I HIGHLY recommend you check this place out.

Could not have been better. House was great, and the backyard was enjoyed by all ages! The hosts, Doug and Lorri, were so welcoming and friendly. We will definitely book this home for future family visits to Santa Barbara!

It is a beautiful home. The back yard is lovely. The hot tub is great. The owners were very nice and accommodating.

This home was simple to get to from the airport.

Our family had a great time visiting our daughter at UCSB and running the SB ½ marathon. The location is conveniently in between campus and town. Well-equipped kitchen and several hangout spaces, both indoor and out, to enjoy time together in the lovely weather. Hosts were very friendly and inviting, the days went by too quickly!

This was the perfect house to spend a few days with family members we had not seen in a while. Lots to do, very nice hosts, perfect weather, we really enjoyed our stay!

The house and the outdoor space provided comfortable atmosphere for our three generation family group to mingle or relax. Picture promised nice outdoor space, and it delivered! Kitchen was well equipped, and we cooked most meals. There were pool toys for children also. We enjoyed time with family to catch up, lay low or play. Each of us had found place to snuggle for some quiet time to read or just sit around to enjoy the backyard. It was a very lovely long weekend!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Santa Barbara ranch house. Our town gets quite crazy over July 4th, so we were looking to escape the rush and relax a bit. We visited the house with our two daughters (12 and 10) and our Golden Retriever, and I'm not sure who had the most fun! The kids and dog swam and played all day every day. We enjoyed hanging out in the back yard, playing bocce, swimming and walking around the neighborhood. The house was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Beds were comfortable, linens were nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner, Doug, was right next door and quickly answered any questions we had, even bringing over some extra pool toys for the kids. This was our best rental experience and we will definitely be back! 4 paws up from Pickles! :)

Enjoyed our stay here; relaxing back yard with plenty of places to lounge and play. Very close to bike trail and 10 min to downtown. Everything worked great, all easy and hassle-free!
