Stayed Sep 26, 2025We had the pleasure of staying at this property for 10 days recently. It was nicely furnished, lots of space, and had comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of beach and bath towels. They also provided several bikes, a beach wagon, and beach and pool toys/accessories. I was originally concerned about the location but it was unfounded as everything on the island is a short drive and much within biking distance. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone with a large group/family. They also welcomed our family dog!

Stayed Mar 5, 2023We stayed at this proper for 6 weeks while they were repairing our Sanibel home. It was verbally and visually as described in the listing. Ricardo provided us with his cell number and was available for any questions or concerns. He also periodically checked to make sure all was well. The gulf course was open while we stayed so I cannot comment. Overall we enjoyed our stay and served its purpose well.
