We loved the condo. The property was beautiful. The grounds were well maintained. with a view of the pond and the beach from the screened porch. We loved the layout of the updated condo. The rooms were large and comfortable. They had everything you could possibly need. I just wish we could have stayed longer!

This was a beautiful condo, great location, everything we needed. Our host was awesome, very easy to communicate with the entire trip in a short response time. Took us about 2 minutes to walk to beach. Very family oriented. There were five of us staying at this property, two adults and three kids, and we had plenty of room. We only had one issue, our icemaker wasn't working; we contacted the host, who sent us money via Venmo to buy ice the remainder of trip. I recommend this home to rent, great place!

We had an amazing time at Pointe Santo and this condo had everything we needed and more. It was extremely clean and well kept up with comfortable furnishings and well supplied kitchen to cook. The owner’s closet was so helpful because of the beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers! Julita was very responsive when we had questions and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on Sanibel. We’ll be back for sure!

Wow! Just WOW! Pointe Santo is back! This unit was impeccably designed and well thought-out. You cannot ask for a better location to the beach, pool and pickle ball courts. Our family was sad to leave this morning! Thank you so much to our hosts for the amazing stay!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect, kitchen well equipped, all was clean and comfortable. Nice to have beach towels, beach chairs snd beach toys. Pointe Santo has been completely restored; great location. The owner was easy to work with. Definitely recommend this property!

The condo was very clean, had everything we could possibly need, we were just a short walk from the beautiful beach. It was very peaceful. I would highly recommend this booking, we would love to stay there again.

The condo was in a fantastic location and easy to get to attractions. I was disappointed by the lack of a closet in the master bedroom. The only place to hang clothes was in a utility closet with old paint supplies.

We absolutely loved staying in this condo. The location is amazing. We walked right out the back door, down the stairs and straight to the beach to watch every sunrise and sunset. Every day was amazing. There are lounge chairs set up with an ocean view for all to enjoy. Long walks on the beach, shelling and my SIL caught a baby hammer head shark directly in front of the condo. It was an amazing time. This condo was recently redecorated and it’s beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with everything you will need. Don’t hesitate to stay in this condo. You will love it.
