Stayed May 11, 2026The cottage was clean and decorated nicely. It may have been my misunderstanding but I thought it was a stand alone cottage but it was a duplex, which was ok but from the balcony you looked down on the roof of the duplex which blocked some of the view of the bay. Other than that, it was OK. Very nicely located to everything, shops, parks, restaurants, etc.. Pool area was very nice and clean. The host was extremely helpful and reached out to be sure everything was OK.

Stayed May 8, 2026We loved our stay. It was me, my daughter and my granddaughter. We were celebrating my granddaughter’s birthday and also our girls weekend away for Mother’s Day’s. Great location and very clean. Will definitely be going back!

Stayed Sep 18, 2025Sangria Sunset is a lovely cottage. Our favorite thing was sitting at the pool and watching all the hummingbirds and butterflies in the plantings. The landscaping is absolutely perfection. I wish there was somewhere to hang clothes. Beware there is no closet. Other than that, we enjoyed it immensely.

Stayed Aug 23, 2025We booked this property for a quick trip to hang out with our daughter, son-in-law and new grandbaby who live north of Corpus Christi. It was a great location near the water with a pier directly across from the property plus an easy drive to everything in Rockport. This property also has a beautiful resort style pool. When we checked in around 4:00 pm on a Saturday we noticed it wasn't very cool, so we lowered the thermostat but after an hour the temperature had not dropped. I texted the emergency number and she responded right away. Someone came out and brought us two window units until they could get an AC tech out. It cooled down quickly and everything was fine. Early the next morning they called to check on us and ask if we would like someone to come out that day or wait until we left. We opted to wait until we had checked out the next morning. We were mainly there to see our new grandbaby, and it was a great stay.

We loved the fishing pier and the location was close to HEB and Walmart if we needed anything! If you are looking for a nice cozy place, thisbis the place for you!
