This two level townhouse is just steps from the ocean and boardwalk in the town of Bethany Beach. Parkthe car and enjoy all that Bethany has to offer. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, and balcony. Limited ocean view from balcony. Renovations done in 2016. New second floor bathrooms, primary bedroom will be on south side of building and a balcony will be added. New carpet and floors throughout.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
