Sandy Feet - Heated Pool! Near: Amphitheatre, Historic Downtown, & Beach

The property was nice. The only thing was a hole in the fence we had a dog. So the only thing to worry about. A great place and good space. I would rent again. But have to keep an eye out of that.

Host was very welcoming. House was clean and well kept. House is in a great location near the lighthouse and the Alligator Farm.

We have stayed in many VRBO rentals. This is one of the best. Our stay was wonderful.

Very spacious for our group of 9. Plenty of sleeping area. The living room was big enough and comfortable with the dinning table in the same room made it feel like we were all still close but not over crowded. The pool was great. Loved the screened in porch. Easy drive to the beach. The owners were very prompt in their responses. Overall a great stay.

We stayed over the long Memorial Day Weekend. The location was perfect for the city or at the beach as it sits in between. The property itself is single floor and spread out with 4 spacious bedrooms and comfortable living/dining area. Kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and pergola out back worked great. While we ran all over the city, my brother took his young family to the beach and my parents who are in their 70's opted to lay by the pool. There were a few minor issues that the owners were quick to respond to. One thing to keep in mind if you have anyone who may have mobility issues, there isn't a handle to get into the pool or hang onto in the shower. With us, they were still able to get in and out but may not work for someone differently abled. Everything else was great and we would stay again.

This was a great stay for our family. House was very clean and well maintained. The pool was awesome and the fenced in backyard was done very well. We had 5 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of sleeping spaces for everyone. 5 minute drive to the beach10 minute drive into historic downtown This place was perfect for our needs!

The pool was a lifesaver to keep the kids occupied and the home was in good condition. We had everything we needed and the location was as central as it gets with easy access to everything’s.

Love St Augustine and this rental made the visit even better.Pet friendly with a pool...my chocolate lab was in heaven!Kids had a blast and we'll be back again soon.

Check in was flawless. Plenty of space , rooms/beds were comfortable. Seating in living room accommodated everyone when we wanted to be together. Very relaxing.

Quiet neighborhood. Location was a 5 minute drive from everything we wanted to do. The house was clean and comfortable. Nice back patio and pool.

My husband and I met some family members for a weekend visit and a show at The Amp. It is the perfect place for both. Large and roomy, very clean, it has a well appointed kitchen and beautiful outside area and pool. The layout is great for two or three couples. It is very convenient to The Amp, which has become our favorite music venue, and minutes from the beach. Easy check in and great parking. David and Patti are great communicators.

The house was clean and well stocked. Lots of big bedrooms, each with a ceiling fan, which is a huge bonus! The outdoor area is the highlight, large pool, fenced in yard, pérgola, and porch.

Stayed at this property 3 years ago and when we stayed this year it was evident it had been neglected. Ceiling in Kitchen had large water stain with moisture from AC ducting. Bad smell in back bathroom where property manager said was from toilet not being caulked. Pool remained dirty with leaves and debris from skimmer not being turned on until we complained. Overall it was not great and we left day early.

This property was as described and the property management was very is to work with.

We stayed for our annual kingfish tournament. Great location and convenient to marina and restaurants. Will definitely book again!

Great location. Nice pool. House is old but plenty of room to spread out. Could sleep 10. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of cooking utensils though we didn't cook much as we were just there 3 days. Located on Anastasia Island halfway between the beaches and downtown. I would probably stay there again.
