Stayed Jun 3, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: good, But light sensors not working on drive way and rear. Guttering has been leaking/ over flow at front door area and ground was very mossy and slippery. I think all guttering needs replacing. Being a roof plumber. Let me know and I can provide a quote.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great week at Hat Head, catching up with relatives, fishing and general having a wonderful time. Accommodation was good value although only two of us were using it. Outside BBQ and table setting was used on a number of occasions by extended family members who did not have these facilities at their rental accommodation. House was little dark, and missed some basic kitchen items eg manual juicer.

The bed is comfortable, layout and facilities are great. The agent went above and beyond in securing us the accommodation after our previous booking cancelled on us, literally the day we were travelling. The agent said ‘you’ll love it’ and she was right.

No dust or mould anywhere. The tiled downstairs area was really cool and comfortable for a large family. Upstairs is unbearably hot during the Summer/early Autumn period and could benefit from an air conditioner, but we survived hehe. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Mar 1, 2023I booked this house thinking it was pet friendly meaning pets could come inside as well, it wasn’t until we had actually booked it and paid that we realised our dog had to stay outside, this made our stay not very relaxing because our dog is use to being inside and was constantly crying because he had to stay out.
