Stayed Mar 16, 2026We had a really great stay. The place is right on the beach which is nice. Had a little problem with the address they gave us not being correct but that also could be Google Maps fault, but we found it so not a big deal. Great communication they also were very helpful in extending our stay which was fantastic! Melissa was wonderful for helping with that. Space is modern and new looking. It could use some additional kitchen cookware pans etc. we bought a few things and donated to the kitchen like baking sheets etc. but a few additional pans and wine glasses would be helpful next time. But again overall really great place and we will definitely be staying there again. You can’t beat a nice place by the ocean.

My sister and brother in law joined us, the house was the perfect size for our group! The beach access and location was the best part, we had a wonderful time and have already talked about renting this same house again!

Stayed Jun 23, 2025The house was great. The location was perfect. My only complaint is that there were no cleaning supplies, except for a broom, and no hand soap in the bathrooms. So I had to buy those items. Also no curtains or blinds. Kind of creepy at night. lol Overall it was a wonderful trip my girls loved it and had the time of their life.

Had an issue with the downstairs outlet not working. Wendy someone out as soon as they could and got it fixed. House was in great shape. We will definitely use Swedes again.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025We enjoyed the location of this house. It was very clean. The kitchen was not very well stocked but had the basics. The weekend we were there was pretty windy and the house rocked the whole time. It was a bit of an issue for one guest. The beds were comfortable, although it would be nice to have the beds made especially if we have to pay additional for linens.

Stayed Nov 28, 2024The house is amazing! It sits right on the beach and is modern with three bedrooms and three baths. The only problem was no soap in bathrooms and no cleaning supplies. There was Dawn dishwashing liquid but nothing else. No dishwasher detergent, bathroom cleaner either. The floors needed to be mopped with dust and sand. We managed to leave the place clean though. M

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The breaker kept blowing. We had dirty linens from the guests before us still in the house. We called about the breaker issue and was told someone would be sent to look but no one ever showed. Besides that the house was good and had plenty of room.

Stayed Aug 2, 2024The good stuff: Nice cabin with a great location Lots of room Awesome view. The not so good: Grass has not been maintained and was high, mosquitoes ate us alive. AC struggled to keep the cabin cool and we didnt have any kids running in and out. It dropped 1 degree in 8 hours. Was 77 when we arrived at 1pm, immediately moved it to 70. At 9 pm it was 76.
