The main living area features comfortable, high-quality furniture, a Smart TV, and large windows looking out onto the serene water. There are two separate dining areas for enjoying meals.

Your stay includes:

Guests will enjoy a seamless self-check-in process using a unique access code for the front door. For your initial arrival at the gated community, the guest whose name is on the reservation will need to present a photo ID. A key to the community gates will be provided for all subsequent entries.



You will have full and private access to the entire home, with the exception of a locked owner’s storage closet.

Electricity Use: Your stay includes a generous allotment of $75 in energy use per week. Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out, and any excess usage will be billed at $0.20 per kilowatt.

Community Pool Heating: The temperature of the community pool will vary depending on weather conditions. Please be aware that heating does not run 24/7.

Starter Essentials: We provide a starter supply of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. Any additional items needed during your stay are the responsibility of the guest.
