Sandy Bottom Cove, New Lakefront Luxury w/ Covered Decks + Heated Salt Pool, Beach, Hot Tub, Dock!

We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend Belleville to work with! We stayed here with family from out of town for my daughter’s wedding. The hot tub stopped working but the owner was able to get it fixed the very next day! The sunrises were breath taking! There was an iron but no ironing board. There were a few cosmetic issues with toilet paper holders falling off the wall but this comes with normal wear and tear. The shower door on the third floor didn’t have a seal so water got all on the floor and we had to be very careful. The house was well laid out and spacious! It was our first VRBO experience and we will definitely do this again.

This is a beautiful property! Cleanliness was wonderful. The pool area could have some weeds/vegetation removed but other than that its spectacular. We had a wonderful vacation here and would definitely return.

The house itself was beautiful, very warm and cozy. Our family loved the pool as well as the hot tub and then other family came for dinner for a birthday celebration and loved the house. Contact with Mike was easy and he was so pleasant to deal with.

Great time at Sandy Bottom Cove with our group of 12! Perfect weather and great amenities! Had something for everyone and we really enjoyed all aspects. House was exactly as advertised and plenty of space for everyone to be together while not feeling cramped. Deck vibes were perfection overlooking the lake with the fireplace and furniture to really relax. House has lots of wildlife viewing with the woods surrounding - adorable family of deer and a hummingbird and weasel spotting while watching sunrise on the dock! Great indoor space for games and meal conversations. Pool was a hit and we enjoyed some water volleyball games with the provided equipment. Hot tub great too with the cooler evenings. Location next to the boat launch made it easy to unload/load our kayaks from the private beach. Really great location tucked into a cove of the lake and no direct neighbors on either side. Close to pickleball court also! Be sure to listen for the ice cream truck jingle in the evenings so you don’t miss the ice cream boat making its rounds with direct delivery to your dock if summoned over- very fun for the kids and adults! Highly recommend Sandy Bottom Cove and already planning the next trip. Mike was excellent host responding quickly to all questions and inquiries.

House was wonderful. Bedrooms were large and comfortable giving everyone plenty of room. Common areas were also great. Pool and hot tub was wonderful bonus and the cove the house was on kept things quite with easy access to the water.

We enjoyed our weeklong stay at Sandy Bottom Cove. This house had plenty of room for our crew to spread out (5 adults and 3 kids). We spent indoor time mostly on the main floor. We enjoyed the kitchen table set-up with windows all around – it was baby dear season. The kids enjoyed seeing the rabbits, squirrels & watching the fish. A flock of geese visited one day. We ate in most days and found the kitchen well-appointed.The quiet cove was great for swimming. All enjoyed the dock, especially the kayak and paddleboards. We rented a pontoon boat one day; it was terrific to be able to dock it “at home”. The pool was a delightful bonus for the whole water loving crew. We had a great week. This spot is worth a return visit.

Beautiful property in wonderful location! We enjoyed the view from the porch as much as being in the pool and on the lake. Perfect for our family vacation. Would definitely love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time! We loved being right on the water. Easy walk to the dock. It was great being in the cove to go out on the boat or just float around. We all agreed, it was a lot of fun and look forward to next year:)

Property was gorgeous! The pictures are pretty but they do not do this home justice. The view is outstanding. The location felt like we were tucked away but we were still very close to amenities. The home is perfect! Beds were comfy and we had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary cutlery and cookware, not something you see in most rentals. The guide we received upon check in was through and well written. Our hosts were quick to respond to our questions as well! Overall - great stay!

Place is clean and modern. Pool, hot tub, and lake all great! The perfect balance for family during graduation .Paddle boarding and kayak and pool table kept the young everyone smiling! Property does have a steep driveway and does not come with essentials- something to keep in mind but overall was a great stay!

What a great weekend with family and friends. The pool was wonderful and on a rainy evening the hot tub is a dream. There is so much space and love all of the amenities!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandy Bottom Cove. Great interior layout for our families with the large living areas, game room, nice kitchen and bathrooms. Enjoyed the outdoor space of the 2 levels of decks, hot tub and private dock. Incredible view, and we loved getting out on the water for a peaceful paddleboard session. Management quickly and politely handled all our questions and concerns. Definitely recommend!

This is an excellent location for any time of the year! We really enjoyed our time at the lake house. The bunk beds may need a little TLC, but everything else was just perfect!

House is very nice and as advertised. Lots of room for multiple parties and everyone can have their own space. Kids had lots of fun at the pool.

We stayed at Sandy Bottom for the week of July20-27, 2024. It is a great location on a quiet cove with a nice view of the lake. The pool and hot tub were big hits with the family. Everyone enjoyed learning to paddleboard. We brought some kayaks and the kayak and board expeditions were great fun. We rented a boat and the dock made it very convenient. My 4 year old grandson had a blast catching small fish off the dock. A food lion is only a few miles away which made gathering supplies easy. All in all, probably the best family vacations we have had. The owners are attentive and responsive. The maintenance guy stopped by a couple of times to make sure everything was OK. We will definitely rent Sandy bottom again!!!

This was a beautiful house with the perfect number of bedrooms and bathrooms for the 8 of us! We spent most of our time in the pool and/or lake and the paddle boards were a great feature for us! Our grand daughter loved all the wildlife in the neighborhood. It was such a peaceful, bonding time for all of us! I highly recommend the property!
