The kitchen is nicely stocked with quality items and appliances. The house is incredibly clean and organized. The AC works very well as well. The private beach is another bonus. While the road noise (M22) is significant in the front of the house, the backyard is quite and private. This is an excellent place to stay.

The property is maintained well, very clean, and well stocked with items needed on a daily basis as well as things that are needed on vacation- cooler, camp chairs, etc. We love the location between Traverse City and Sutton's Bay as there is easy access to downtown, wineries, shopping, etc.

very well-stocked home with a beautiful backyard (with a grill) and even nicer private beach (across M22). enjoyed using the kayaks, beach chairs and sand toys. large dining room table accommodated our group.

We loved how clean this home was & the location was perfect. The view from the living room window is gorgeous! The beach was an added bonus that we enjoyed everyday. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The beds were comfortable. Everything worked as stated. Six adults stayed here for six nights & it was very comfortable for everyone. Highly recommend this property!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The backyard is beautiful and the private beach was a great spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful Lake Michigan view.

We had a memorable week at the beautiful property, such a well stocked property with perfect private beach including fire pit and kayaks! Slept great and enjoyed the landscaped backyard complete with gas grill. We would happily visit again.

The property was very, very clean and well cared for. It was well stocked with living essentials (Soaps, cleaning products, TP , paper towels, etc) kitchen items, linens, etc. It was in a very good location easily accessible to downtown Traverse City and Sutton's Bay. Very nice beach. It is located on a very busy street (M-22) so if you have small children or pets who easily run from you -you need to be aware of that. Highly recommend property!
