Stayed Jun 28, 2025Beautiful modern home with everything you need for a beach vacation. Having the beach cart there was a game changer for walks to the beach with all our gear. Couldn’t be happier with my stay here. The owner was also very nice and great with communication. Would definitely stay again.

Within easy walking distance to Shell Shack, Mexico Beach Marina and the beach. Jeremiah could not have been a better host. My family greatly enjoyed the stay. 5 stars plus.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything in the condo was brand new and very nice. It was really too big for just the three of us, but we liked the extra room. We especially liked the view overlooking the boat ramp. The property manager was very accommodating and easy to reach. We would highly recommend the property.

Stayed Jun 12, 2024Stayed at Sandy Anchor for long Fathers Day Weekend. Docked the boat in dedicated slip and felt very safe leaving most items inside boat all weekend. Water and shore power on dock made for easy wash down. House was very clean and fresh. Coffee bar with flavorings was a nice touch.
