Sands Beachfront Upstairs Ocean View & Pool

The location is amazing. The property is gorgeous. We tried many many beaches and the kids liked ours the best because of the fun waves and all the sea glass they were able to find tumbling on shore. It was perfect for barefoot walking and easy relaxation. The view from the second balcony was serene and peaceful. Beds are comfy, a/c’s kept all bedrooms cool. Linens are crisp and clean. Pool was a good time too. We are likely to be back and renting the entire house so more family can join in next time!

My family and I stayed at this beautiful house last week. There were 7 of us in total. You can't beat the location and the gorgeous view of the beach. Greg was an amazing host. I highly recommend!

We really loved staying here. The ocean waves were peaceful, the sunrises were beautiful to watch on the comfortable patio furniture, and the pool was lovely. We didn't swim at the beach out front as it was a bit more than the kids could handle (rocky just off shore with some largish waves). The showers were hot, the A/C in each bedroom was cool. We appreciated the washer and dryer and the beach towels and chairs. The outdoor grill was included without being charged extra. Along those lines, the kitchen had some basics provided such as coffee filters and spices. The host had someone meet us there when we checked in to show us around. Mostly they emphasized keeping the gates closed so horses and other animals don't get in.

We enjoyed our stay, the beach was the best and was located near everything. We walked into town one day and got breakfast. It was a great family vacation

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Sands Beachfront! The property is clean, well maintained, stocked with all you could need for beach days, pool days, cooking, and even had laundry detergent for a few loads of wash! Greg and Mandy were very communicative and kind. The views were spectacular! Location is on a quiet street and easy to get anywhere from here. We loved our time here!

We loved having access to both the ocean and pool! The deck was perfect for having morning coffee and watching the waves. We appreciated access to the washer and dryer as we packed light and needed to wash clothes. Wondered experience here! The hosts were very helpful and kind.

We had 3 great nights, location was amazing, can’t fault our stay at all.

The place was bigger than we needed as we had several committed to this trip who backed out. The location was outstanding! Beaches, restaurants, shops all close by within a few minutes drive. We did have a car, but I’m guessing a taxi would’ve been fine as well. Waking up to that view from the upper veranda was amazing! We visited a different beach every day, and enjoyed our sweet house kitty that we fed on a daily basis. Wildlife everywhere… Horses, dogs, cats… My only criticism I could possibly come up with is the coffee pot a little sketchy, no matter how hard we tried we had grounds in every pot. And the grill needs a little help, but it worked fine as long as you have matches. caretakers were phenomenal, Mandy and Willie were so helpful with tips and tricks. We would definitely return again! Maybe with a few more friends to share the cost. Beautiful property!

This place has it all - 4 bedrooms each with their own A/C, balcony with ocean views and the prettiest sunsets, private access to a beach you almost always have to yourself, beautiful private pool, central location with easy access to stores, Avis rental car, shopping and exploration of the whole island, beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers you can take with you when you check out the other gorgeous beaches of Vieques and Culebra, and the best host we’ve ever had. Greg is welcoming, friendly, attentive and always there if you need him. I can’t stress enough how highly I recommend Sands Beachfront
