Stayed Feb 15, 2025My husband and I have worked remotely for a month in Rich’s house, while enjoying his house by a small lake full of wildlife. Our host was very responsive and attentive - he even took our suggestion to install a grill in the backyard! There are many trails and sidewalks around the house, with nice and uncrowded beaches just 15-20 minutes of driving, and the beautiful town of Stuart is a few miles away. If you are looking for a laidback place at a reasonable price, this is your place. Thank you Rich!

Stayed Mar 15, 2024My husband and I stayed for five nights and loved the porch and watching the birds. Very peaceful and quiet. A bit dated but listing accurate and very clean. Beds very comfortable. Only wished for two things: an iPhone charger and more up to date beach chairs :)

Stayed Feb 15, 2024We enjoyed our stay @ Sandpiper. The house was well stocked with items that we would need and is located on a quiet street away from the heavy traffic in Port St. Lucie. We had an issue with the tv when we first arrived and Rich responded to my text immediately and issue was resolved. We would definitely stat here again.
