Enjoy the fresh air from two balconies, one at the front and one at the rear, each equipped with outdoor seating which is perfect for those summer stays. The front balcony also boasts a BBQ.     Overall the place is well located, has all the space and amenities we need and presents well. Unfortunately a few things let the property down. There's a musty smell that we tracked to a never-cleaned air-conditioner filter, which we cleaned ourselves during our last stay in October, somewhat improving the issue. Nobody ever seems to clean these for some reason. The downstairs toilet seat is completely broken and the toilet brush badly needs replacing. Neither bathroom light works (was reported last October but still hasn't been addressed) and the bed mattresses are tired to the point where the springs reach full compression so that there's no cushioning and back/hip aches abound.

    The property is certainly high end and ticks all the boxes. Very happy with our stay. The check in / access communication was below expected and needs more attention. And don't forget your linen!!

    We loved our stay here as it was so close to the beach and Main Street. The apartment was perfectly furnished, with everything you needed and had three outdoor balcony/courtyard options. The open plan upstairs was lovely and spacious. Would totally recommend and return.
