Beautiful oceanfront house. Extremely comfortable for large group. Communication with owners was very easy. Pool and hot tub were great. Bed was quite comfortable.

The house was great as always, weathered cooperated this year! Great time with children and Grandchildren. Thank you for great house!

Beautiful vacation home. This was our 2nd time staying in this home, and it does not disappoint. We had our entire family, including 4 kids and a baby. The kids loved the upstairs game room and the pool. Easy access to what amounts to a private beach thanks to the gated community. We will not hesitate to return for a 3rd time.

We loved our stay at Sandown South. It was perfect for our family of 11, ranging from 9 to 73 years old. We loved the two great rooms, allowing the children to have their own space away from the adults. The kitchen was well-equipped and we loved the ability to see water from both sides of the house. Can't say anything negative about this home.

We always enjoy our stay at Sandown South. The new owners were great with their communication and despite the pool pump needing a replacement the home and location are exceptional. We can’t wait for our family reunion next year.

This was our third family vacation at Sandown South. It is always very difficult to leave. We came home and immediately reserved next year's stay so we think that that says it all!!

Wonderful house situated for stunning beach and intercostal views! Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortable outdoor and indoor living spaces on all levels. What a treat to have a lovely pool and spa right out the back door! Multiple refrigerators/freezers and dishwashers made it easy to prepare and clean up meals. Home owners were lovely to work with. I would highly recommend a stay here if you are looking for luxury on Sunset Beach!

Spectacular vacation spot

We recently stayed at this beautiful house by the beach, and overall, our experience had its highs and lows. The location was fantastic—right by the ocean with stunning views and easy access to the beach. The house itself was spacious and nicely decorated, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, there were a few issues that made our stay less than perfect. Upon arrival, we noticed several holes in the floor in the kitchen by the sink, which were quite concerning. Additionally, the elevator was broken for the duration of our stay, making it difficult to move luggage and groceries up and down the stairs. Some of the locks on the doors were also broken, which posed a security concern. To top it off, we had an unpleasant encounter with the cleaning lady on our first day. She caused quite a bit of drama, which was a stressful way to start our vacation. We were originally told to unpack our perishables as she was done cleaning the kitchen, which we thought was super kind. Later to find out she told Cyndi we were in her way and were not told to go in? Very odd. While the house and location were beautiful, and these issues weren’t impacting majority our experience. I hope the owner can address these problems for future guests, as this is truly be a fantastic place to stay with a bit of attention to detail and maintenance. Overall, we all recommend Cyndi and her beautiful home.

This property is a perfect place to spend some relaxing family time away from the hustle and bustle. Laid back family beach made for chilling. Lots of privacy and space to stretch out. We will be back!

Our family enjoyed another amazing week in this beautiful home. We stayed in this home 3 years ago and it is just as clean and well kept as it was then. The kitchen is so well organized and well equipped. The pool/hot tub/lounge chairs perfect. Lots of noodles, floats and beach chairs for our family to use. The private walkway to the softest beach sand is like nothing else. The owners are extremely kind and conscientious about communicating with their renters. Incredible vacation home with all the amenities. Plenty of space for big groups. Very comfortable!

Sandown is an amazing property and works so well for our family. Not only is the house beautiful and so well, equipped, but to have the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the Marsh on the other side, and Tubbs inlet a few hundred yards on the east side was truly a paradise. The pool and the hot tub were great and were such a big hit, especially with the grandkids. Sandown is worth every penny and it will provide memorable experiences for sure.

We had an amazing week at Sundown South during our multigenerational family vacation that included 8 adults and 7 kids. The house is spacious and has everything you need for an amazing week away! We spent almost every minute outside, whether enjoying the beautiful pool and spa, soaking in the sun on the beach, or enjoying a drink or meal on the patios. We truly felt like we all had our own space and was never on top of each other, and we loved having full baths in each bedroom and the trundles/day beds were perfect for kids. The kitchen is well stocked and has plenty of counter space and seating. The multiple fridges and ice makers are so helpful, and the bonus living room upstairs was great for down time and movies for the kids. The house is so private with amazing views from all sides - you truly felt like you were staying at a resort. Highly recommend staying here, as we are looking forward to and can't wait for future visits!
