Welcome to Sandlake Views, a spacious single-level home set on more than an acre of peaceful property overlooking the beautiful Sandlake estuary near the Sandlake Dunes Recreation Area. Surrounded by open space and coastal nature, this home offers a quiet retreat with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the scenery.

The home comfortably accommodates up to seven guests with three bedrooms, all conveniently located on one level. Ramp access makes the home easier to enter, and the single-story layout provides simple, comfortable living for families and guests of all ages.
Inside, the home feels warm and inviting, with cozy furnishings and large picture windows that frame the tranquil estuary views. Natural light fills the living spaces, creating a calm atmosphere where you can watch the changing tides, spot local wildlife, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Outside, the park-like yard offers over an acre of flat, open space—perfect for outdoor games, relaxing in the fresh coastal air, or gathering with family and friends. The quiet setting provides a sense of privacy while still being close to adventure.

Just minutes away, the Sandlake Dunes Recreation Area offers opportunities for off-road vehicle riding, hiking, and exploring the unique coastal landscape. Beaches, small coastal towns, and scenic drives are also nearby, making Sandlake Views a wonderful home base for both relaxation and outdoor adventure on the Oregon Coast.

Layout:
Single level home with ramp access. Main floor has open living room with woodstove, dining area, kitchen and laundry room. Deck wraps around the front of the house. Master bedroom with king bed and bathroom with big soaking tub. 2nd bedroom has queen bed. 3rd bedroom has twin/twin bunks and additional twin. Full hall bath with tub/shower.

Parking: Maximum 3 Cars

Please Note: Cell phone coverage in Tierra Del Mar can be unreliable. This home is equipped with Wi-Fi, allowing guests to enable Wi-Fi calling on their phones while at the residence.

Location:
This home is off of Sandlake road past the village of Tierra Del Mar. The nearest beach access would be a 1-2 mile drive to Tierra del Mar. Whalen Island park, and Sitka Sedge state natural area are both nearby with a fun hiking trails and natural areas. The house is close to all the fun and Sandlake dunes. Pacific City is 4 miles away.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

    The house was clean, well laid out, well appointed and had stunning views. So many games and puzzles! It was only a short drive to beach access and close enough to Pacific City to enjoy the offerings there but was quiet and had the “away from it all” feeling. One thing to note is that the water from the tap was very salty. There is a water dispenser with drinking water provided, but make sure there’s enough in there to get you through your first night there. Property management was quick to reply when we asked for another (ours was empty), and it was an easy issue to solve, just surprising. All in all it is definitely a place we’d want to rent again!

    Great property. Clean, lots of space and a huge deck looking toward the coast. Great place to stay if going to the Sand Lake Dunes. Literally 8 minutes away!

    Loved the location of this house, secluded with an outstanding view of the estuary, yet close enough to Pacific City, walking trails and the beach. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well supplied. Everything, including the BBQ, worked (not always the case with vacation rentals). There was a bit of a musty smell in the carpeted hallway--not too surprising since the house is pet-friendly--but we opened windows and didn't notice it after a while. We had family coming and going, and really enjoyed our stay.

    This house is SO cute!! And the view is incredible! We enjoyed watching eagles, great blue herons, egrets, ducks, and parasailers! We will 100% choose to stay here again!!
