Sandhill East Home - all comforts of home with great mountain views

Clean, relaxing and a great location.

We were out in YNP from early morning until dusk so we really only enjoyed the house in the evenings...we appreciated the bear spray for our use if needed - it wasn't...elk bugling morning and night, and the Great Grey owl that visited frequently were cool...we cooked out on the grill a few times...really enjoyed the Park in September having only spent time there in mid-summer previously

The property was not turned over from the previous guests staying there. I called on the first day to report than none of the sheets and towels were changed or laundered and the place was not cleaned before we arrived.Other than that, the accommodations were as expected.

Place was really hot.

It was ok. There was no ac which I guess most people don’t have near there but it was almost 90 when we got in the house. Not sure the listing said there was no ac but would be good if it did. It was fairly well appointed with most accommodations met. The host responded quickly when I messaged her. I would probably stay there again.

Nice. Clean. Close to the park. Needs Air Conditioning, because it gets hot in summer months.

We loved how close this home was to the entrance of Yellowstone National Park. The house didnt have a lot of extras but we really did appreciate the bear spray that was provided for our use. Thankfully we didnt need to use it but it gave us peace of mind without having to purchase it.

Off the beaten path, but close enough to West Yellowstone. Cozy and comfortable.

Great place to stay had all the amenities we needed. Place was nice and clean, extra blankets, pillows and towels provided. Would recommend staying at the property.

Great to come back to after long day in Yellowstone. The sunsets/sunrises are amazing!

The location was beautiful . The beds in the bedrooms were not comfortable and sofa bed sank on one side .None the drawers in the bed room worked properly. hangers in the bedroom were difficult to use. The trash could be taken out by the cleaning crew instead of us having to drive back and forth with the key to the trash can.

We had a memorable vacation at Sandhill East Home. Could see Bison, Foxes in the backyard. Close to west yellowstone entrance which made our commute to National park very easy. Definitely will come back and stay here and recommend this property to our friends & families. Marta - Property incharge was reachable if needed though we didn't need it as everything was well organized.

Overall very peaceful and quiet. Much needed after being in West Yellowstone. If you need a/c, this is not the place for you. If you don’t mind then it is very clean and has everything you need including bug spray for the mosquitos! (Thank you!) Very peaceful overall and we would recommend.

Everything was great. Rides throughout the national park are inevitably long but the house was great, clean and comfortable. And the neighbor has the sweetest Newfoundland puppy which is basically like cuddling a domesticated bear!!

The home was perfect for my husband , daughter and her husband. The bison travelled through the yard in mornings and evenings with their calves as a bonus nature feature. It was home base for four nights to see all the Yellowstone features and horseback riding in Gallatin Forest.
