Stayed Jun 5, 2026The space was very well stocked and thoughtful done with the guest in mind, there was everything from spices/cooking Ware to cleaning supplies and even room fresheners. This was one of the nicest place. My family and I have stayed at and appreciate all the details. And our host was very kind and accommodating anytime I needed help :) They also had 4 beach chairs and serval accessories including coolers. The only two things that made the stay a little difficult was there’s no outside trash can. So trash is picked up only in the mornings, didn’t realize as a large family, how much trash we accumulate on vacation and going from a condo where you have constant waste disposal to only having waste disposal certain hours of the day was a hard adjustment. The other thing which can’t be helped is the pond in the back attracts lots of wildlife so you can’t really sit and talk in the evenings due to the frogs screaming. even with that said, we would definitely love to come back.

Stayed Apr 5, 2026Hopefully this review gives good information for other travelers.We decided to take our daughter and a few friends to Florida for her senior spring break. I am so glad that I was able to find this place because it exceeded all of our expectations. We had our daughter and her friends use one of the rooms that had 6 beds and our oldest daughter had her own room as well. With 3 full bathrooms, we had more than enough space for the girls to get ready each day.The kitchen was amazing with 2 separate sinks and garbage disposals. We brought a couple items (a waffle maker and fondue pot), but the kitchen was more than stocked with what we needed. There are a ton of spices too, but we brought our own. There is a vacuum in the pantry in the kitchen along with a washer/dryer. We used the dishwasher every day. The fridge also comes with an ice maker.The golf cart was a great asset as well. We were able to use it to take to the beach, and to some shops around the area. Got a lot to use out of the grill. There were also a lot of beach stuff on the porch to use including 4 beach chairs.The house was spotless. We had such a great time. The owners are so helpful and responsive. Hope to stay again in the future.

Stayed Apr 13, 2026Need more pillows with pillow cases. Not sure the sheets were clean sand in the bed. The decks are dirty need a power washing.

The perfect getaway with everything you need. Clean and tidy with modern touches. Also in the perfect location in Sandestin. I’d highly recommend to anyone that was looking for a place to stay.
