SANDERLING, 5 Bedroom, 5 Bath, Oceanfront, Private Pool and Beach Walkover!

Very dirty. Out dated. Stains all over couches. Washer and dryer rusted and old. Exterior Paint on house old and peeling. Decking boards very weathered and splintering

The house is very outdated and the cleaning was very subpar. We found food under the living room couches that was very visible. The furniture especially the living room was very poor and the outdoor furniture and pool furniture was broken of very rusted and some chair so rusted they were broken into. The pool area was very poorly maintained along with the walkway to the beach. The stairwell off the back deck to the pool is very dangerous and needs attention. Post railings are loosening or just not attached. The house is in a great location but needs a major update.

The property is extremely outdated for the price paid. There is extensive damage to the gates, pier to the beach, appliances, and furniture. The house had ants that were so bad we had to throw away food the next morning. The stains on the carpet stairs were horrible and there were blood stains on the mattress. Additionally, the couches were not in condition where you could sit on them, one of the chairs outside was rusted to the point where the bar was broken and you could see nails coming out from the deck that separated the frame to the boards. The exact same home next door was in excellent condition and is listed to rent for less than what we paid. We do not recommend this property to anyone until renovations have been made and the furniture updated. The management company was great and we would rent a different property from them in the future. The pool maintenance team was fabulous! In and out in less than 10 minutes, came three times in the week.

We have stayed at this house twice. Great location. Great private pool. We love that all bedrooms have their own private bath! Furniture updates needed and the walkway to the beach is in need of repair, otherwise, great beach house!

Lucky circumstances that 2 of our friends couldn't make it, 12 would have been too tight. 5 bed, 5 baths were perfect with 2 per room. Location was great but will be phenomenal when the pier is finished. All good experience with rental property people, answered all calls and concerns.

Great location but home needs TLC with regards to cleanliness and wear to the overall property.

Surface cleaning only done. Deep cleaning needed. Walls windows floors. We didn’t want to walk on them in bare feet! Couldn’t see view out of windows. Kids fingerprints along walls. Ants in kitchen. Need small rugs on bathroom floors. Those floors are very slippery if wet. I fell. Dirty with debris around pool. Gate doesn’t lock to ocean. Living room rug needs replaced. Tub upstairs needs new plug. Water leaks out we didn’t have dish towels or trash bags
