Sandbar: Private beach steps away, Heated pool & hot tub, Golf cart, Game room

Great house and location for our very large group. Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and relax with quick access to the beach. Family loved the pool and hot tub.

House was very clean and smelled very good.. very spacious

Everything was perfect. A week with bad weather but we enjoyed the vacation with the pool. Waiting to come back next year again!!!!!

What a wonderful place! So clean and spacious. We had 16 people and there was plenty of room for everyone! The pool area was great. We messaged a couple times with questions and received quick and helpful responses. We were so happy with our choice.

Our family had a great time. The house was clean and spacious. The kids loved the pool and the location to the beach was great. The golf cart was very useful too!

Overall, the Sand Bar was an excellent stay. The house was very clean and accommodating. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The hot tub was a little confusing to figure out. There was a lack of toilet paper, only 1 roll per bathroom for a 5 day stay.

We had a few issues upon arrival, but the haste that was evident in getting everything resolved was worthy of five stars. It was truly a pleasure!

We loved the backyard and location. The go-kart was perfect for moving around the entire area.

The service was amazing when we had a few mechanical issues. We couldn’t believe how quickly they responded! The pool and hot tub were perfect. Only 2 things could have been better. Check-in at 5:00 was very difficult with 14 children all arriving from different places. And the beach was not the best.

The house was beautiful, well-maintained, and ideally situated—close to local attractions, shopping, and just minutes from the beach. We booked the property for a family reunion, and it provided ample space and comfort for our growing family. The location was a highlight, offering both convenience and a relaxing atmosphere. Throughout our stay, Alex and his team were exceptionally responsive, attentive, and accommodating, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, the property exceeded our expectations and contributed greatly to a memorable family gathering.

Our family of 24 absolutely had one of the best vacations ever. Sandbar was everything we had hoped for. Beautiful home and very responsive management. We definitely would stay again!

This property was amazing. Everything was so clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more. There was plenty of space. We had 21 people and had room for more. The back yard was amazing. The pool wasn’t too small. We walked to the beach. My family’s only complaint was that we had to leave. We had three SUVs, one minivan, one compact car, two midsize sedans, and a UHaul trailer, that all fit in the driveway. We give the property a 10/10.

The home was amazing, clean, and well equipped. Alex was a very responsive host. My family meets each year and so happy we pick this home. There were 27 of us ranging from newborn to grandparents. All were pleased

The house was fabulous! It was very clean and just as pictured! Everyone was able to have their own private space with large gathering areas to hangout. We used the pool/hot tub everyday and cooked out on the grill. The private beach access was in walking distance, but the golf cart made it very easy to do drop offs. The water was clear blue and stunning! There was a CVS, liquor store and shopping store for beach supplies and clothes right down the street. It was super easy to get in contact with the property management team and they quickly handled our questions. Special shout out to Alex, the property manager!! Our group was already talking about booking the house again. And if you go you must do Crab Island!

House was great for our stay. It had everything we needed. The golf cart got us where we needed to go, but a lot is within walking distance. The only thing different from the pictures is the gas fire pit is not there, but a wood burning one is. Communication was great with the owner and I felt like they will take care of any problems. We paid for the hot tub and pool to be heated because it was still a little cool out and that was awesome for the kids. Highly recommend this house!

This is a beautiful home with so much room, plenty for our group of 25. The neighborhood watch/police? let us know that we were not welcome and they did not care if we ever came back. Not the homes fault but says something about the area. We were respectful of the quiet times and kept the property clean. It was a mom and son (most all 18 years old). The only issues with the house were that the dryer was very slow at drying the towels which we did need to do often and the 3rd floor gets very warm with that many young men, so for most won't be a problem Everyone was very attentive and it was a great stay. Thank you

Great property and locaty

House was clean, beautiful & very spacious . It was a family vacation with all our kids & grankids. We have stayed in this area for several years absolutely love this area.

We stayed here with our kids and grandkids, large group. Lots of room for all 26 of us. The place was really nice . Property manager was very helpful and took care of anything that was needed. Kids loved the pool. Golf cart was a bonus in getting around. We love this area for family vacations.

We had 20 people from ages 5-74, everyone had a great time in the house. It is very close to the beach just a short walk or ride in the golf cart. The pool was great to keep the kids happy when not at the beach. We will definitely look into come back here in the future
