Sand Seair | Private Heatable Pool | Bikes, golf cart, game room, sandbox, fire pit

Michelle and her team went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us out when we experienced a booking mishap through our credit card while trying to use our points. During a busy weekend, they found us a beautiful house to stay in close to where we wanted to be. They worked past closing to make sure that we were set up for our vacation. Because of their hard work, we were able to enjoy the rest of our weekend with family. Highly recommend this company!!

We had a lovely stay at this house! Plenty of room for our family traveling together over the holidays. Kitchen is well equipped. Lots of seating. Bedrooms and bathrooms all clean and comfortable. Very close to everything in the area but offers a bit more privacy form all the hustle and bustle. Loved the golf cart and the bikes! It's a little close to 98 so you can hear some street noise occasionally but it was never disruptive. The back yard is a lovely oasis with nice lighting, a warm pool and fire pit. Our family ranged in age from 7-77 and it was a wonderful stay for everyone! Paradise was also very responsive and helpful every time we had questions! Highly recommend.

This property is AMAZING!! It's so cute, tons of space, perfect pool/backyard, great location and everything we were hoping for! Communication with the property management team was excellent and the property was super clean. Couldn't recommend more, 100/10!

We stayed at Sand Seair for my sisters bachelorette party with 12 girls and had such an incredible time. The house was bigger than we imagined and so beautiful. We had plenty of space and could easily fit more people if you want to squeeze. We spent a lot of time in the pool(which we opted to have heated which allowed us to enjoy many night swims). Paradise properties was incredibly helpful with all my special requests/ questions and made sure we had everything needed throughout the weekend. There wasn’t any salt&pepper or oil or anything provided so we needed a complete grocery list, but a minor detail. They did provide a spare garbage bag or 2 and toilet paper, but we had to refill after a few days. Location was super close to the beach and an easy walk in rosemary beach town. The golf cart was great to lug beach chairs etc to the beach (there were beach chairs and umbrellas and everything else you’d ever need in the garage) Overall we had an incredible stay and I would absolutely recommend this for any large group. 5 stars!!

We loved our stay at Sand seair! There was plenty of space and we also enjoyed the pool and firepit in the backyard. Also, it was a close walk to the beach.

Our family had a wonderful time at Sand Seair in June. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms all worked out well except for the detached bedroom, which didn't have a bathroom near it. We had to go down spiral staircase or go to kitchen area to use the bathroom. The TV's were VERY difficult to figure out also throughout the house....maybe some type of instructions would help. Also, the pool was wonderful, but the water got VERY warm via the sun. A chiller would be highly recommended ( which we installed in our own home) The golf cart, which came with the house, was totally welcomed by us all....long way to beach for little kids, and us old people :-) I would recommend this property!

On the surface, this location looked clean but once we got in was a different story. The floors were very dirty, the pool was not clean, found previous guest panties in the drawer, found trash under the bed, and some of the beds had no sheets. When we reported the bed and floors the housekeeper waited until we all sat down for dinner to arrive. They brought a flat sheet only for the king bed ( we didn't know until they left because we made the bed) and we couldn't let them clean the floors because we were eating.

Perfect house to host our family over the thanksgiving holiday! Having the golf cart was great, that is hard to find a house that includes one. House very updated and well stocked, there's even beach chairs and toys to use which was awesome! Owners very responsive to our needs. Very convenient to everything. Would highly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful time staying at Sand Seair. The layout was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 6 kids. The location was good and golf cart made it easy to get everyone and our stuff to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for cooking meals in. We would definitely recommend Sand Seair!
