Sand Piper: Redesigned Coastal Retreat Near the Beach on the River

The house was as described. Clean and well stocked. Very good communication. We got a message before our scheduled check in time that the house was available, so that was a nice surprise to get settled in early. The location was good, only a few blocks from the promenade, and about 10 blocks from downtown Broadway Ave. We walked to dinner every night except for when it was pouring rain. We highly recommend this house for a quiet getaway.

Everything about this property was perfect for our family and not far from everything

This home was perfect for our trip. The host has thought of so much to make your stay welcoming and there were little details and thoughtful gestures we encountered throughout our stay. The home was in great shape and well cared for and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would defined stay here again.

Home was setup very well. Labels throughout the home to communicate where things are, overall great communication in the home and with owner. Good space for a family. Good location! We will be back! King bed is very comfortable.

easy walk to beach and everything we needed for kids on the beach. that was a bonus. easy walk to playground as well.

Easy and close to downtown.

Check in was easy! Home was spacious for two families. Located in a good part of town, the ease of getting to the places we needed to go was great. Ping Pong table was a fun addition. Kitchen was open, with plenty of appliances, toaster, blender microwave! Knife situation was a little challenging. Dining table was great with plenty of seating for everyone. Clean home and the little welcome basket was fun for the kids!

We stayed here with our daughter, her husband and 2 kids. It was so nice! The house was so clean and quiet and had everything we needed and more. We loved that there were beach toys, chairs, towels and a wagon for us to use. The ping pong table was a real plus for the kids who can now hit the ball back and forth more than once! We loved staying here and enjoying Seaside.

The place is beautifully decorated and spacious. We were able to entertain family from out of state, having more than enough room to visit, cook and eat together. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, has a huge backyard yet was located so that getting around was easy enough. Would love to come back in future.

We had a great time making earrings and bracelets and doing a little knitting, as well.

Home was beautiful and comfortable for all 6 of us kitchen/bathrooms were well stocked with all incidentals thought of if we would have forgotten a toothbrush the owners had us covered. We had a wonderful time and will be back next time

Wonderful house for seaside volleyball tournament ?

Very clean

This is the second time we have been able to stay at this wonderful property. It is nicely appointed and a great base to do whatever our schedule is for the day. Great backyard for kids and grownups with a nice fire pit. Wonderful and quiet neighborhood and yet a simple walk to town. This is our 29th year coming to Seaside, this is the best home we have stayed in to accommodate our family. Hope we can get it for next year.

Pictures never do justice like in real life. Our family was very surprised with property. This lovely home was very welcoming with snack on the counter when arrived and so many extras that were included for us to use. We had so much fun while at the beach but we also could not wait to get back and relax outside with an amazing backyard with a fire pit. Our little dog had so much room to run around too. This place will definitely be on our to do list again. Amazing! Amazing!
