Stayed Jun 6, 2026Very beautiful home , very easy to check into.I love the decks all 3 of them. The very top one you could see part of the water in between a new property that's being built unfortunately. But you did get a view, you got the sunset view from the back up on the 3rd deck. It was very beautiful, peaceful, no issues . The property was very clean, well maintained.

Stayed Jun 19, 2026My family and I chose this property since it claims to be 3 bedroom and it's on the same street as my extended family, which made it convenient. If you're looking for 2 bedroom, 1 bath, this place will be great for you. The main house was comfortable and very nice and clean. If you don't mind glamping, then the 3rd bedroom will work for you. It was super unfortunate that the weekend we chose to go to Rockport had a huge thunderstorm come through with powerful rain the nights we were there. We planned months in advance, so we didn't know this would happen. The pictures of this property make it seem like the garage was converted into the 3rd bedroom, which would have made the pounding rain a non-issue. But alas, the 3rd bedroom is basically a glorified shack with a tin roof attached to the house, so the pounding rain made it impossible to sleep. The pictures also failed to show the 2 feet of empty space above the gate (doors) where the bathroom and shower is located. This not only caused the bathroom to be drenched with rain, but allowed bugs to freely get in. Obviously the bathroom was unusable due to this. Since I sent a complaint, they updated the picture of the bathroom to show the open area. In the listing, they should have stated how open it was, and that it isn't right below the main house for protection of the elements.

Stayed Apr 23, 2026House and kitchen were well stocked. Unit was clean when we arrived. Very pet-friendly with a nice fenced yard and grass in parts. The deck areas had ample seating and the different levels provided a variety of shady and breezy spots.
