Pull into the private driveway, open the gate to the exterior stairs and head on up! As you step onto the large main-level deck, you'll be greeted by breathtaking Gulf views that will instantly put you in vacation mode. This spacious deck is adorned with plenty of outdoor furniture, inviting you to soak in the sun, savor al fresco meals, or simply relish the sound of the waves crashing nearby.

Inside, the main level of Sunshine Beach features a well-equipped kitchen with all of the pots, pans, dishware, utensils and glassware you need for relaxing meals at your home-away-from-home. The bar-height dining table seats 4, and additional seating is available at the breakfast bar. Walls of windows and sliding glass doors let in plenty of natural light and showcase great Gulf views.

Down the hall on the main level, you’ll find both bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and a dedicated work area with two monitors available for guests who need to keep in touch with the office. The nearby twin bedroom is great for adults or kids and opens out onto the main level deck. Everyone can find their perfect spot to unwind after a day of beachcombing and exploration!

The upper level living area is accessible via an interior spiral staircase or an exterior staircase off the deck. We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.
