Stayed May 24, 2024The house was just a pictured. I have to say, this was the first rental that I have stayed at that I didn't clean first or feel the need to clean!! The place was amazing, and Sarah was just as great!! I would definitely recommend this rental and would stay here again.

Stayed Jul 16, 2023House was very clean. Everything we needed was supplied. Owner was nice and engaging. Has a nice fenced in yard. It’s small but adequate for letting the fur babies off a leash. Would stay here again

Stayed Jun 8, 2023We were in town for Family Reunion, found this beautiful home that fit perfectly for us. Such a beautiful private location. House was Amazing, clean and spacious. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, showers were excellent! Wonderful Artwork ! Grounds around the house were lovely, beautiful plants! We loved the fun lights in the back yard. I would highly recommend Sand Hill Cottage! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Stayed Jul 30, 2022My family of 3 had a wonderful time at this home. The property is hidden from all houses & roads. Super clean, comfortable & fully stocked with great home necessities. The host was absolutely amazing. We have been coming and staying in fort Morgan for about 8 years now and this is by far the best location & home we have stayed at. We love being away from it all so this was perfect for us. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home. We will be back!

Stayed Jul 2, 2022Really enjoyed my time here. It was very comfortable and located close to a lot of restaurants and a public beach. It's not on the beach, of course, but it's private, fenced in, and pet friendly, which were big positives.
