The condo was beautiful. We loved the balcony and sitting outside eating. It was very comfortable for our family. We are a family of 5 so the amount of space we had was wonderful. Great kitchen and mostly everything we needed to cook. The only thing I didn’t give 5 stars was the floor was not very clean. Our feet were black after walking barefoot on the first day and we did not have to speak to the manager. We do wish we would have been directly on the beach but we booked last minute so we were thankful we got some view. We would definitely recommend this to anyone with a large family. Our visit was great and we enjoyed it.
In site of the rain, we had a wonderful time and the patio was perfect for having snacks and still getting to see the ocean and enjoy the breeze.
Everything was perfect during our short stay. House was very clean and great beach location. We didn’t use it, but fully stocked and beautiful kitchen. Restaurants were a short drive/Uber away. The only comment is that we had to bring our own laundry supplies, hand soap, etc.I brought a few keurig coffee pods, but they were the wrong ones…..need nespresso No big deal though, Publix was close by. I would recommend to others and definitely stay again.
Loved this place can’t wait to come back!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was perfect!
When I started my search for a beach getaway, I knew what I wanted in a place to stay. This wonderful beach house did not disappoint. The house is clean and comfortable. Morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves was a plus. Surrounding area is very quiet even though there is a hotel next door. Beach is clean and the water is beautiful. The island is low key and we enjoyed the local cuisine. Condo is completely updated and decorated beautifully. Do not pass on this place!!
This property was clean, comfortable, and in a wonderful location. We love visiting the area, and this has been our favorite stay yet!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is lovely, however, no instructions on how to use the high end kitchen appliances, and TV’s. It was quite frustrating, to be honest. Instructions definitely should be provided for proper use of these items. Unfortunately, no beach towels are provided for guests. We had to purchase them because it’s stipulated NO bath towels are to be used outside the unit. I would also like to inform the homeowners that the cleaning service they are using needs to do a better job, especially when you’re charging your guests $165 cleaning fee! Example...floors were dirty, glass doors not cleaned and the glass on the living room tables were filthy. But the biggest problem for me were the ants crawling under the trash compactor. Basically, your cleaning service did not vacuum all the crumbs and clean the sticky dirty floor underneath it. Unfortunately, I had to vacuum, clean and purchase ant spray along with cleaning supplies to take care the problem. Since, we arrived on a Sunday, I did not want to wait for property management to take care of these issues, so I just did it! Perhaps, a few basic cleaning supplies should be provided for your guests, to tidy up if they choose to do so! *FYI... I did not realize after booking with VRBO that I was charged $520.00 for the homeowners to advertise their rental property. So basically, you will be charged for their advertisement on top of the rental fee you will be paying! Obviously, something they failed to mention until it appears on your credit card. This rental, definitely is nice, which is privately located in a great location with beach access. You can call it “a hidden gem”.
Place was clean, close to the water and beautifully decorated. Will definitely be back!
House was very clean and updated. Good location close to beach and places to eat.
