Stayed Oct 9, 2024We stayed here as a family and it was perfect. The house was clean and new. Loved the neighborhood with the pool area. We also enjoyed the hot tub at night. There are also places to park your boat. We enjoyed going to Sand Hollow to boat during the day. This place had everything we needed.

Stayed Sep 26, 2024Check-in was easy, and the house was very clean and well equipped. Location was very easy to get to, the pool and lazy river were great, and we played some pickleball on the neighborhood courts down the road. Close enough to St George that it never felt inconvenient. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Aug 15, 2024We had an overall fun time! Love the amenities of the resort. You do have to drive down to the pool, which we knew beforehand! It’s a newer neighborhood so there is construction going on the street of the rental.

It had everything you could need, and plenty of space for everyone! The backyard was great too! Great, quiet neighborhood with a fun pool! We had to add an extra day because we didn't want to leave! Stayed Jun 8, 2024Was a good place to stay. Rental only property with all the amenities you need for the week of family / remote work. Ample space, functional kitchen, good AC, good internet. Pool with slide is a hit with the kiddo.
