Sand Dollar Shores at Heceta Beach

Close to the ocean with wonderful views! I couldn’t get over the fact that the entire living area is window to window, which is great for viewing, BUT from the outside, the blinds are not private. It bothered me enough I left a day early. Otherwise, this home is amazing!

This house is ideally located in a beautiful, beautiful place. It is well priced, well managed, and generously stocked with everything a family might need. The home is in need of some TLC, many window screens were missing or coming off, some doors were sticky, and the home had a musty odor. We did not mind this, I write it so that future visitors can set their expectations. It is a wonderful beach house for a family gathering.

The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, which made morning and evening strolls so enjoyable. We especially appreciated the peaceful neighborhood and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The home was exactly as described in the listing, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free.

Could use more common things in kitchen. Otherwise wonderful & prompt responses from host when we had questions.

We were in Florence clearing out the house of a loved one who had recently passed away. It was difficult and emotional task. Coming to the beach house every evening was relaxing and restorative, and it provided a must needed respite. The house was clean, welcoming, relaxing, and homey! We will be back!!!!

Ours was a group of six adults with four others visiting during our stay, and the property was excellent for our group. The home was well equipped and stocked, everything we needed was easy to find. We were free to enjoy our time visiting and exploring the area. The location was fantastic for access to the beach. We will gladly repeat our stay if we can in the future!

I chose this property because they are dog friendly and were close to another rental a related party had. Being close to the other party was my priority however I was so pleasantly surprised by this home. Beach access is easy and a very short walk away. This made for amazing walks on the beach with our dogs whenever we felt the need. You can easily come back to the home for lunch and then head back out. The home is clean, beds comfy, kitchen well stocked. We loved how quirky it is and that you can sit on the deck to watch the ocean. It's such a gem and we would definately rent again.

Perfect place for our family of 9 to base out of for fantastic 1 week vacation on the coast!

Cute and cozy home with many sleeping options. Space for our family of 5+one friend. Kids are teens. Comfortable beds. Very well stocked kitchen! Beautiful veiws and very easy beach access. We love this place.
