Inside, the main level offers a bright, comfortable gathering space with a cozy living room, a streaming-ready TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with island seating for casual meals. The dining area easily brings everyone together, while thoughtful touches like an EV charger, beach toys, and a Pack 'n Play add convenience for every kind of traveler. Upstairs, multiple guest rooms provide restful retreats, including a king bedroom with a small balcony offering a peek of the ocean.

Minimum booking requirements are generally 2 days from September - June excluding holidays where there is a 4 day minimum.

The minimum age for renting is 25 years old.

Check-In 4pm(11/1-3/14), 5pm(3/15-10/31)
Check-Out 11am(11/1-3/14), 12pm(3/15-10/31)

Please note that the grill will only be available for use from May to September.
